Students can start a career in Real Estate as an agent or broker, renew or enhance their existing license, become licensed in Life, Health, or General Lines insurance, obtain or maintain a contractor's license, become a Mortgage Loan Originator, achieve or renew a Community Association Manager license, or become a Trainee or Certified Appraiser in Florida.

The school offers courses from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. This flexible schedule allows students to choose a time that works best for them to pursue their education.
