Farrah Le: There was not one person there who didn't go above and beyond. Yash was able to meet my requests with pleasure upon check-in. Property is beautiful and pristine. Knife and Spoon staff were also knowledgeable and attentive. Food was exquisite and flavorful. Pedro was our server at the Chef's table and met our every need. The chef sent out some delicious carrot sorbet. Very refreshing!Superior staff who meet the brand. As a local, I will be back often for these staycations!

Amy Warner: so we were able to store our stuff and freshen up before going out. We planned to hit the pool after but we were tired and the bed was so comfortable we both fell asleep instead. The only issue with the whole stay was the shower which was a little finicky to get hot water, but it eventually kicked in.The breakfast buffet was very good, and it was super easy and quick to catch the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. It was great to see Jose again when we checked out. He was so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Lauren Vaneck: I stayed here for a solo trip to Disney. I got a king room and had a very nice stay. I loved that the shower didn’t have a tub and was an actual shower, the “rain” shower head was a nice touch. The shower was super clean . The bed was super comfortable including the pillows.There was a few small things. There was a small hole in the sheets and a couple of stains on the walls behind where the garbage can was. The beautiful sofa also had some stains and could use a deep clean. But overall the little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.I would recommend this hotel and for the price I definitely felt like it was a great deal.

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!
Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.
Bri Marbais: I recently planned a networking event for the Central Florida wedding industry at Castle Hotel and it was such an amazing experience! Amanda Palmer was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Hogue Powerlifting: This was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and in great condition. Screened in balcony with a view... loved that! We had everything we needed and more. The amenities were plenty. Awesome pools and water park. The arcade was fun, especially on Wednesday when it was half price for games. The little village area behind the lobby was peaceful and well kept. The island on the lake offered some relaxing time in a hammock. Staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate our needs while there. There is so much more to rave about, but I will just leave it at this. The only complaint is it was near impossible to reach someone for questions about the reservation after it was made, and the pre-checkin website errored out... that was the only bad thing. There are too many great things to let that tarnish the 5-star experience we had. Will definitely return! Thanks, Westgate Lakes, for an awesome time! My family made great memories here!
Visit Apopka Our World: Beautiful property, easy drive and great location to major attractions and hospital. Love the amenities "classy" and just a good vibe!! Property will be hosting this year's Mrs. Florida Pageant in the ballroom and it's a perfect pairing.Rooms: The studio unit is adorable and affordable for a quick solo getaway.Nearby activities: Turkey lake road has lots of great restaurants.Safety: Security everywhereWalkability: The parking garage has an elevator that gives access to every level in the hotel including the banquet space, perfect for families and large groups.Noteworthy details: Grande ballrooms for hosting beautiful events.

Dan Shaeffer: Very nice hotel accommodations. Very close to many of the attractions. Very satisfiedThe hotel security gate gave us a fit as suspected. Was told, "Simply use the hotel card to exit". Our room key card had a QR code, not a barcode as the machine asked for so couldn't use the Guest gate. Had same issue at the main gate. These things never work right when they serve multiple parking functions. Buzzed & desk let us right out, so no problem! Just mention, be prepared for issues, we weren't the only ones I witnessed.

V Brown: I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is next to the airport but the sound was lulled by thick walls. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. There is a restaurant in the lobby along with a mini pastry area with coffee.We were there for AMDA auditions, which were held in one of the many meeting rooms. The cost was worth the convenience for me.For breakfast, we ate from the bar. There were eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, pastries, grits, oatmeal, and fruit. So, a good selection. We did not do dinner as we checked out early.Check it out.
Vanessa Becker: My sister and I booked here for a dayuse hotel after a red eye flight. It was easy to book. We checked in quickly and were able to get a few hours of sleep and freshen up before our event later in the day.The dayuse is booked through a different website without an option to add your Marriott number for points so I asked the staff who checked us in if they could add it and they did no problem.The room was clean and had enough space for us.We enjoyed our short stay.

Dar A: $40 buff-breakfast per adult and $22 per child plus 18% gratuity. The service was great. Poured our coffee and cleared dirty dishes from our table promptly. Ordered a grouper sandwich by the pool for $24 plus 18% gratuity for ringing me up and handing me my order in a box. This place is fantastic and I hate to ding them for anything, but I think their mandatory 18% gratuity should be re-examined.
Chantle Simpson: Stayed here for my birthday weekend. No complaints. Ordered room service for dinner and that was one of the best pastas I have ever had.Rooms: Had a double queen room, comes with a nicely stocked coffee area and waters, restroom was nicely stocked and cleaned, beds were very comfortable.Noteworthy details: Shout out to the valets! Every time we came back into the building, they were friendly, kind and respectful. Definitely a great addition to the atmosphere.

Doug Bonestroo: Overall, a nice place but definitely not a top tier Marriott property. Big rooms, fairly old, can hear your neighbors through the walls and no way to control the fan on the AC to block out the noise. Great walking and running path around the pond across the street - 3/10 of a mile per lap.Walkability: There is a nice pond across the street with a sidewalk circling it. Slightly over 3/10 of a mile per lap - like .305.
Karen Sweeney: Less than 10 mins drive to airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait too long for the Shuttle even though it was super late at night. Also Shuttle on time back to the airport. The night Front desk staff was very pleasant and professionally upon my arrival late night..The room was clean, very clean.. Quite comfortable, nice living room area and bedroom off that. Nicely appointed room. Complimentary bottle of water in the room , and other bottled water options for a cost for convenience. Nice bath amenities. Highly recommended for a reasonable price.

Christine Mascarelli: This hotel was great for our last minute stay. Price was a little high but they have a 24/7 airport shuttle which was extremely clean. All of the workers we interacted with were very pleasant. Breakfast not included in all rates and is $18 for the hot breakfast buffet and $14 for the not hot buffet. Cannot speak of the area because we just used it to sleep.

Kerri Mosher: This was my second visit to the alfond inn. Stay was two nights over a weekend. I stayed in the newer section of the building where they have extended the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful, filled with amazing artwork. My room is absolutely gorgeous and bright. Hotel located next to so many great restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very busy this weekend, therefore sleeping some times was a bit difficult. People were loud in the hallways, slamming doors and a lot of foot traffic. It’s not the hotels fault though for people’s poor behavior or lack of manors for others. Regardless, this is the hotel I will stay at in Winter Park.Pool drinks were on point and the restaurant in lobby had an amazing brunch!

David Haslam: We stay here every year sometimes twice a year. We decided this year to try the new Conrad down the road as it was a little cheaper. Boy did we regret it! It is well worth the extra money to stay at the Four Seasons. The service, quality of food, activities etc… just can’t be matched. We have stayed at five star resorts all over the world, and this is the best one of all. We decided to checkout early from the Conrad and spend the rest of our stay at the Four Seasons. Don’t make the same mistake I did and try to save a few hundred dollars a night at the Conrad. It’s just not even close

Victoria Black: This place was amazing. Even with the refurbishment happening, I did not feel like we lost out on anything. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff just amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All the little touches were amazing, from the singers at Mama Dellas to the serenade in the lobby. All the whimsical astethics around the entire resort and the beach pool, everything was very well put together and amazing. My kids loved the water slide at the pool. My very picky eaters loved Mama Dellas so much they requested to eat there twice and then we ate at the pool and they didn't know which they liked better. The Gelatos were so good, almost as good as what my Nonna used to make. What really set us up for wanting to return though was honestly the staff and how caring the entire staff was. From the bellman to the valet, to the maids and front desk and every server at the restaurant and even your life guards, every single employee we encountered were absolutely lovely people. My husband has never once definitively said he wanted to return to a single resort we ever stayed at. But as we were packing up the room he said to me, "hey our anniversary in June, do you want to come back here?" So don't be surprised to see us again in June. Either way, we will return again. We are annual pass holders and Florida residents so we come down to Orlando often. This will most likely be our place to stay when we come.Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and I loved how cool I could make the room.Food & drinks: The food was delicious and well made. Mama Dellas was our favorite. The Gelatos were delicious, creamy, and very refreshing.

No plans of returning until it is completed.

He made our stay magic. Big thanks to him. I would very much like to return another time, however this kind of trip is a luxury we cannot afford more than once a decade or so. In short; nice staff, clean and tidy, but kinda iffy on information.

Ana Gomes Silva: One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Orlando. Excellent location. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a 24-hour convenience store, a large reception with quick check-in, a sales point and information about Universal Studios inside the hotel, a souvenir shop, a bar and an area to sit and have a beer, a juice or a soft drink, even a coffee. Large pool with a large area and several sun loungers for sunbathing. Large room with 2 double beds, large wardrobe, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, large bathtub and very good shower. I highly recommend it.
sarah baker: Very good value for money, basic rooms but cleaned daily and done the job, great location for restaurants and shops and bus to universal very handy in themornings but can be full coming back so we got a taxi back, cost 15 to 20 dollars .Buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful.Burger in the bar was delicious .
William Shelton: , an expansive lobby market, an arcade, multiple pools, a playground, and restaurants. The location was also phenomenal, with easy access to the theme parks, like Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. It is also within walking distance from the shops, dining, and attractions of International Drive. All in all, I'd certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly, yet reputable, stay in the Orlando area.
Paul Vakharia (Paul V): Aahoa Asian American HotelsOwnersAssocoation has yearly tradeshow nearby Orange County Convention center and this hotel was close by with 1040 rms !! At reasonable pricing with three smaller pools and lots of parking with Breakfast and Dinner Buffet everyday with bar and convenience store- open 24 hours on same location!! Can’t beat that if you need comfortable reasonable priced family vacation place. They have busses to Orlando attractions check with front desk.
Doug Larsen: The room was okay but nothing great. The check in staff was fast and friendly. The housekeeping people are terrific. The location is amazingly close to a strip of restaurants across the street and very close to the convention center. Parking was free.Walkability: Many chain Restaurants are across the street and an easy short walk.

Krystal N: Stayed here for four nights. Great customer service and hotel was great overall. Wanted to give a shoutout as well to the gentleman who helped us with the playpen. He was able to figure out it was broken and set up a new one for us. Very friendly and super kind! Betty Chen: Very professional services. Even though we arrived at 12, they got us room and late check out all set up. Gorgeous landscape!! Pools with all kinds of playground and slides. Marketplace has everything you need if you don't want to eat out. Entire kitchen is fully equipped, better than my own kitchen!! Blender, double toster, coffee machine, cutting boards....
Annie Yang: We are a family of three. We stayed here for 4 nights. We like this hotel very much. The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Especially the kitchen has all the most basic cooking utensils. They thoughtfully prepared kitchen paper and dishwashing liquid, which really surprised me. There is also a dishwasher, which saves me a lot of effort. There is a convenience store not far away, and the transportation is convenient. The car can be parked in the room. I like the downstairs so much that I will stay here next time. I am very satisfied with it, so I came here to comment!
