Ji Sun Yi: Удивительный опыт во время нашего недельного отпуска. Такое удобное расположение для прогулок по городу и Юниверсала. Отличный доступ к водному такси, что позволяет вам обойти длинную очередь, ведущую на городскую прогулку, через которую вы проезжаете, если вы воспользовались шаттлом. Мы также гуляли по городу от нашего отеля, что было относительно короткой прогулкой, когда вечером было прохладнее. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и информативным. Номер в отеле всегда был чистым и очень просторным. Особенно понравился ранний вход на Острова приключений и в бухту Вулкан! Отель также расположен прямо у залива Вулкан, буквально менее чем в 5 минутах ходьбы. 100% рекомендую. Мы обязательно вернемся в будущем!
Nina Cool: Авентура — мое любимое место для проживания, когда я посещаю Юниверсал в Орландо. Это определенно похоже на шаг выше бюджетных отелей, но это не обходится дорого, и в целом это очень спокойный отель, который мне очень нравится.Развлечения поблизости: Авентура чувствует себя так близко к Сити-Уок и паркам, а благодаря близости к Сапфировому водопаду есть множество вариантов транспорта: маршрутный автобус, садовая дорожка и водное такси. Водное такси настолько приятное, что стало одной из моих любимых частей отдыха в Юниверсал!Пешеходная доступность: Мне очень нравится, как приятно и легко дойти пешком до Сапфирового водопада и City Walk от Авентуры. Выход на садовую дорожку кажется роскошным удовольствием, и мне нравится посещать Сапфировый водопад и кулинарию Аматиста во время пребывания в Авентуре.Еда и напитки: Мне нравится получать свой Starbucks каждое утро, когда я остаюсь здесь! Варианты фуд-корта также довольно хороши, а еда, напитки, виды и атмосфера в баре 17 просто феноменальны!

Fantastic!Location is ideal, shuttles to Universal, very close to EVERY good thing by International drive&kirkman.The pool was my favorite scene, not too busy , the usual bar setups and pricing but very convenient.The BEST PART the food in the lobby actually slaps! Not bad pricing and considering it is hotel food DANG not bad! If you don’t wana go spend a lot of time and money elsewhere in the tourists trap the convenience of the food in the lobby very helpfulThe ROOM pretty clean but the best part was you can control everything form a tablet AND you can cast from your phone to the television!!!

Victoria Black: This place was amazing. Even with the refurbishment happening, I did not feel like we lost out on anything. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff just amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All the little touches were amazing, from the singers at Mama Dellas to the serenade in the lobby. All the whimsical astethics around the entire resort and the beach pool, everything was very well put together and amazing. My kids loved the water slide at the pool. My very picky eaters loved Mama Dellas so much they requested to eat there twice and then we ate at the pool and they didn't know which they liked better. The Gelatos were so good, almost as good as what my Nonna used to make. What really set us up for wanting to return though was honestly the staff and how caring the entire staff was. From the bellman to the valet, to the maids and front desk and every server at the restaurant and even your life guards, every single employee we encountered were absolutely lovely people. My husband has never once definitively said he wanted to return to a single resort we ever stayed at. But as we were packing up the room he said to me, "hey our anniversary in June, do you want to come back here?" So don't be surprised to see us again in June. Either way, we will return again. We are annual pass holders and Florida residents so we come down to Orlando often. This will most likely be our place to stay when we come.Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and I loved how cool I could make the room.Food & drinks: The food was delicious and well made. Mama Dellas was our favorite. The Gelatos were delicious, creamy, and very refreshing.

I wish they would revamp the actual guest rooms.Rooms: Rooms are okay, they are big but need a refresh.Walkability: It is far for one of the premier hotels, especially with the sidewalk closed.Food & drinks: Good offerings, glad they have left everything open during construction. No plans of returning until it is completed.
Victoria: , so driving into property to discover scaffolding EVERYWHERE, was kind of a downer.However, Jake at the front desk was lovely, and gave us a room that still had a beautiful view, and even sent us wine and strawberries to celebrate our anniversary. He made our stay magic. Big thanks to him. I would very much like to return another time, however this kind of trip is a luxury we cannot afford more than once a decade or so. In short; nice staff, clean and tidy, but kinda iffy on information.

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

At the time it was not operating due to renovations.✓ Location with heated pool and pleasant leisure area.✓ Rooms with air conditioning, good beds, good sheets and excellent towels. Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

Great kitchenette area, and the continental breakfast was good. We highly recommend room service as the grilled cesar chicken salad and the chicken club sandwich were delicious. Also very close to the outlets for shopping.

Hyeyun Kim: We spent 2 nights at the end of February to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday with a trip to Universal Studios. Our visit was made truly special by the wonderful surprise and handwritten birthday card prepared by the staff for our daughter. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay. While the room was cozy, we were a bit disappointed with the aged condition of the restroom. However, we left with smiles on our faces, grateful for the memories created. Nevertheless, the friendly front desk staff, especially Kadeem, made our experience exceptional. Thank you!
Eve H: Dawneth was very professional, friendly and provided recommendations on things to do since I checked in late afternoon. She recommended Icon Park which it did not disappoint. The hotel was clean and decor was nice. There were a lot of kids there for spring break but I didn’t hear any noise in the hallway or from my neighbors. The morning breakfast staff were very friendly and kept things in order with all the people coming and going for breakfast.Rooms: Very spacious and only carpet under the bed. Bathroom was a little tight having to squeeze by the toilet and door, but we made it work.Nearby activities: About a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios. Plenty of restaurants, retail stores and mall nearby. Icon Park is a 10 minute drive and there was so much to do there. Highly recommend! Dezerland is another park to take the kids.Safety: I felt safe at the hotel.Walkability: You can walk to Universal and other nearby locations, but I wouldn’t suggest it. It’s a very busy and congested area. The lights are not super bright at night. Someone actually got hit and died which I saw the aftermath of them lying there. Very sad.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good and they provided a variety of options.There is a TGIF in walking distance but I wasn’t a fan of the food we received. Spend your money elsewhere and bypass the convenience.

kevin mungroo: Great location for visiting the parks. I didn't use the walking path but hotel staff indicated it was about a 15-20 min walk. Busses were one after the other at peak morning periods so even though the line got very long wait time was manageable. Staff was very helpful and the the 2 pools were great for our family! The sand really made it feel like a beach. 1 pool had a slide and 1 pool a lazy river so lots of options.Rooms: Very clean and spacious with ample storage.Walkability: Resort is large so depending on which building you are located in you may have a bit of a walk to the foodcourt or lobby and bus stop. 2 pools are on opposite sides of the resort so you dont have to go far for this.Food & drinks: Food court options were ample. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, grilled food plus omlets, waffles, pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs for brealfast.

GRAZI: We're still at the hotel. Today enjoying the pool after a tiring day at the park. The hotel has everything we need to have a great time in Orlando. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast, attentive people who treated us very well. Especially the affection of the maids. We are very close to Universal and good shopping. My daughter and I love it and recommend it.

Regina Di meola: What can I say.. we were planning a cheap trip to Universal and Disney. As the park tickets are quite expensive, we did not want to exceed our prices as regards food and hotel. This place was a 10/10. Not only the price is unbelievable, we only paid $115 for 4 nights, but also the beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very wide and the shower water came out perfectly fine. What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park. Well, actually, the best part is the breakfast. As the price was very low, we expected a cheaper breakfast, but the waffles and the orange juice were amazing. Plus, the staff was really nice and friendly.If I come back to Orlando, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again.

Ana Gomes Silva: One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Orlando. Excellent location. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a 24-hour convenience store, a large reception with quick check-in, a sales point and information about Universal Studios inside the hotel, a souvenir shop, a bar and an area to sit and have a beer, a juice or a soft drink, even a coffee. Large pool with a large area and several sun loungers for sunbathing. Large room with 2 double beds, large wardrobe, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, large bathtub and very good shower. I highly recommend it.
sarah baker: Very good value for money, basic rooms but cleaned daily and done the job, great location for restaurants and shops and bus to universal very handy in themornings but can be full coming back so we got a taxi back, cost 15 to 20 dollars .Buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful.Burger in the bar was delicious .

The location was also phenomenal, with easy access to the theme parks, like Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. It is also within walking distance from the shops, dining, and attractions of International Drive. All in all, I'd certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly, yet reputable, stay in the Orlando area.
Paul Vakharia (Paul V): Aahoa Asian American HotelsOwnersAssocoation has yearly tradeshow nearby Orange County Convention center and this hotel was close by with 1040 rms !! At reasonable pricing with three smaller pools and lots of parking with Breakfast and Dinner Buffet everyday with bar and convenience store- open 24 hours on same location!! Can’t beat that if you need comfortable reasonable priced family vacation place. They have busses to Orlando attractions check with front desk.
Doug Larsen: The room was okay but nothing great. The check in staff was fast and friendly. The housekeeping people are terrific. The location is amazingly close to a strip of restaurants across the street and very close to the convention center. Parking was free.Walkability: Many chain Restaurants are across the street and an easy short walk.

Rayquan Harris: We stayed here Friday to Monday on vacation10 hours away and it was a wonderful experience. This is the best resort hands down I’ve ever stayed at. There’s no resort out there that I know of that includes a whole full water park included in your stay the whole time you are there which saves you a lot of money. Our room was really clean and the staff were awesome. They had 24/8 security officers walking around. I really felt very protected and also the vibes were awesome all around the resort. Parking wasn’t bad for $21 your whole stay which is very cheap according to other places were parking is $15 per night. Man the staff were awesome and I love that they have about 10 lifeguards on duty at all times as well as live dj playing music . Food was very tasty and delicious all over the resort . I will definitely make this my new home and I will be visiting a lot more as we come to Florida. You can’t beat it it’s the best deal in the heart of intentional Blvd we’re you can walk to any and everything without a vehicle. If u need a place to stay and don’t want to drive please stay here it’s your best option for a great price as well as very convenient and everything is literally 3 steps away from the resort. Charles Pascarella: April 2024For the price this place was great!The kids loved the water park, and arcade. We walked to a variety of places and the room was clean.The food was pretty good and the drinks were ok, a bit high on pricing at the bar. The grill had movies plating for the kids and the breakfast was decent.The room was a bit dated, the tv cabinet had a loose hinge but it was clean! We would and most likely will stay againWalkability: Great location! We walked to the epic McDonald’s, Dennys, gator golf, CiCis pizza and had plenty of other options close by!Food & drinks: The burgers were great! The pizza wasn’t the best.Bar drinks were Disney priced and the beer was poured from a can.
Abx Isxacs: I really loved our time at the hotel, we had some issues when we first checked in but these were resolved within 30 minutes it that, the staff were so helpful and really friendly, the room is just what you need spacious and comfortable enough to stay in for a long stay. The outdoor pool is also wonderful after a long day in the sun. Really good location and the shuttle bus from the hotel toUniversal was a life saver
Priscilla Chen: Our stay was from April 22- 25 of 2024. The front desk assistant Fidelia was AMAZINGLY nice, sweet and attentive! All of the staff members were courteous and helpful. The pool and water park were clean and the staff were also attentive. The room itself was okay. The floors had stains and the doors to the other rooms were thin, I could hear everyone's conversation. We opened the shared door and there were mold stains. We were here on vacation for the theme parks and really needed a decent place to sleep. It served that purpose and having access to the pool, water park, and free shuttle to the theme parks were def worth it.

Catarina Yankey: This place is lovely. The rooms are spacious, the pool is wonderful, and the staff was so friendly! The day we arrived we were also going to one of the parks and they graciously held our luggage for nearly 12 hours before we made it back for check-in. They also offer a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. It was very easy to schedule, and convenient. We were also able to opt for late check-out, it was only $50 and we were able to check-out at 4:00 p.m. I would absolutely stay here again.

flora: Best 👏 Hotel 👏 Ever 👏The lobby was so cozy and beautiful and there was so much activities to do there. The pool was clean and super spacious. The spa was so refreshing and at the perfect temperature. The room was so comfy and had a gorgeous gorgeous view of the outside. Service was great too! They were all so patient and nice. The only “negative” thing was that the shower was always too hot. I don’t know if it’s just 315 or not, but I can’t seem to turn the heat down, not even a bit. Still though, the hotel rules!!
Samantha McMillan: This hotel is my favorite place to stay while in Orlando. The rooms are clean though sometimes it is hard to open the door to the room as it feels heavy. The elevators are a little iffy as they make sounds that are loud whenever you are waiting. I love staying in the rooms with a Universal View or the view of MCO. I will continue to return to this hotel.

Lauren Vaneck: I stayed here for a solo trip to Disney. I got a king room and had a very nice stay. I loved that the shower didn’t have a tub and was an actual shower, the “rain” shower head was a nice touch. The shower was super clean . The bed was super comfortable including the pillows.There was a few small things. There was a small hole in the sheets and a couple of stains on the walls behind where the garbage can was. The beautiful sofa also had some stains and could use a deep clean. But overall the little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.I would recommend this hotel and for the price I definitely felt like it was a great deal.

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!
Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.
Bri Marbais: I recently planned a networking event for the Central Florida wedding industry at Castle Hotel and it was such an amazing experience! Amanda Palmer was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Raymond Rivera: . He further added that room inspections are done of empty rooms in preparation of incoming guests. So what was this Hyatt Regency Engineering Department employee looking for? Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

Christopher A: This is an absolutely amazing hotel. This place is massive. 1641 hotel rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room was tidied up daily. I was here as part of a convention. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.
Nancy Verdugo: We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!
