We couldn't be happier about choosing to live here.

Anna Lay: Omg! Where to start? I have been living here for almost a year now and absolutely LOVE it!!! By far, this is the BEST apartment I have ever lived in! The office staff are amazing! Lanisse was my leasing consultant back then. She was wonderful and had a lot of patience with me. Frances, the property manager is AMAZING! So easy to talk to, professional, kind and very welcoming! Ray, the maintenance manager is on top of everything! He is very friendly and get things done! Jennifer always has a welcoming and warm smile. Any concerns I have about anything, she make sure is taken care of. My lease is almost up and I am working on transferring to a bigger floor plan. Myrna is so sweet and very helpful. She wants to make sure that I am happy on whichever route I take on my next move. Besides the staff being amazing, the view from my apartment is gorgeous! The sunsets are magical! This place has a lot to offer. It’s so convenient, close to highway, airport, beach, shopping and Publix is just right next door. All the free events, activities and just having that sense of loving community is wonderful! Highly recommend!!!

Peter Ritchie: I switched my rental to Alamo after reading bad reviews of Avis. I didn't want the stress of car hire after a long flight from the UK. Alamo were great, we pre-registered so walked into the rental lot and they gave us the choice of just walking up to a car with the keys in it. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer we chose was in perfect condition and no trouble in the 2 weeks of rental. Smooth process on return too and all charges as expected.To be fair to Avis, other members of our party who hired from them had a good enough experience too.

The agent quickly got me on my way, and I was greeted by another attendant at the bottom of the escalator who walked me to my car. Felt like a VIP. The return was seamless as well. Lidor Kupernik: the gentleman there said we could choose ANY car in which was parked in the SUV row. At that time he pointed to a minivan which was parked there and confirmed that we could use it at the exact same price at no extra cost which is exactly what we did as we had a double-stroller and two little ones with us. He even helped us by bringing the two child seats right to our car and the seats were in a nylon bag and very clean!! Car was fully gassed up and ready to go. Also, the Alamo is very conveniently located within the airport and super easy to find both while picking up and dropping off the vehicle. At drop off, a gentleman told us we could leave the car seats in the car and he would take care of everything else. He showed me the final price and made sure it sounded right. He asked if I gassed up the car and when I wanted to turn it back on to show him he said he believes me and took my word for it

Lisa M: I got a really good deal on a minivan rental through Alamo. First time renting at the Orlando airport and got my minivan really fast I checked in online and didn't have to go to the counter. Thank goodness I did the line at the Alamo counter was so long. When I went to pick out the minivan, they had a wide selection to choose from. Returning the vehicle was so easy too. Definitely be going with Alamo if I'm ever back in Orlando.

Rafael Grzimek: Very good experience. We booked a mid-size SUV and were able to choose between many different cars when we picked it up. We ended up with a seven-seater SUV.Unfortunately we had a flat tire in the meantime, but the tire change service was there in less than 10 minutes. We were then able to exchange for our own minivan without any problems.There were no problems when we dropped off the van. An additional service fee for changing tires has also been eliminated.

Ree B: I have lived here a month. The process from inquiring about an apartment to moving in was actually pleasant . Sandy was great and communicated with us every step of the way. The apartment community is quiet for the most part. My only issue is with the parking. Finding a spot near our building after 6:00pm becomes a little challenging. It's even more difficult, almost impossible after 9:00pm when my fiancé gets home from work. Aside from the parking, we are quite happy with our new apartment home and our experiences with the staff.

Pool is beautiful and very clean down there! Tons of spots to sit and pretty colors down there. Full kitchen made it helpful to eat in. Close to so many fun things! Michelle Davis: What a great experience. The day we arrived the front desk staff was very kind and helpful.Check in was easy. Room was clean and stocked with the kitchen basics. Utensils, skillet, sauce pan, mixing bowls and silverware for four.Beds were comfortable and fresh towels were delivered every 3 days.Pool and jacuzzi clean and property was very quiet.Close to many restaurants and entertainment.Shuttle to universal picked up in front of hotel and was easy and convenient.

Ana Gomes Silva: One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Orlando. Excellent location. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a 24-hour convenience store, a large reception with quick check-in, a sales point and information about Universal Studios inside the hotel, a souvenir shop, a bar and an area to sit and have a beer, a juice or a soft drink, even a coffee. Large pool with a large area and several sun loungers for sunbathing. Large room with 2 double beds, large wardrobe, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, large bathtub and very good shower. I highly recommend it.
sarah baker: Very good value for money, basic rooms but cleaned daily and done the job, great location for restaurants and shops and bus to universal very handy in themornings but can be full coming back so we got a taxi back, cost 15 to 20 dollars .Buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful.Burger in the bar was delicious .

The location was also phenomenal, with easy access to the theme parks, like Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. It is also within walking distance from the shops, dining, and attractions of International Drive. All in all, I'd certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly, yet reputable, stay in the Orlando area.

At reasonable pricing with three smaller pools and lots of parking with Breakfast and Dinner Buffet everyday with bar and convenience store- open 24 hours on same location!! Can’t beat that if you need comfortable reasonable priced family vacation place. They have busses to Orlando attractions check with front desk.
Doug Larsen: The room was okay but nothing great. The check in staff was fast and friendly. The housekeeping people are terrific. The location is amazingly close to a strip of restaurants across the street and very close to the convention center. Parking was free.Walkability: Many chain Restaurants are across the street and an easy short walk.

Hannah Howell: We moved here during the summer of 2022 and absolutely love it. There were so many places to choose from in Lake Nona, but Xiomara’s team made us feel so welcomed. Every time we come to the office, Pauline greets us with the biggest smile. Frank and Dimas also have the best customer service for maintenance. They keep the pool in perfect shape. I really cannot imagine a better place to live. My son, who is in Highschool, also loves it here. The bus picks up literally at the front office and is always on time. He feels safe while waiting for it in the mornings. If you’re thinking about a new home in this area, then make sure to try out this place!

Chris Kirkland: My family has lived here for 9 years and we can't imagine being taken care of as well as we are here. Our kids love the onsite playground and there is ample areas to walk our dog. The front staff is amazing, our two kids are always asking to visit Pauline at the office. The maintenance staff are superb, Frank and Dimas fix any issues we might have with speed and care.

But it was the management team’s reviews what sealed the deal for us. It’s true that reviews are not necessarily accurate, but in our case they were correct. Milton Guamán: An excellent option to visit the amusement parks since they are very close. I thought the cost was very good for the size and comfort of the rooms, and they also have a kitchen so you can prepare your own food if you wish. Samuel Murad: I had a suspiciously high electric bill, I brought it up to management just to see what the cause might be. I was totally blown away by how much effort Lilly put in to look into the matter and come up with an equitable solution. She was so considerate and so pleasant to work with!

Rhonda & Celia: Yes. This is a 5-Star Review!! No place is perfect for sure. The Paramount has definitely had its share of issues, especially with the elevators. How a company handles problems is what separates them from others. We lived at the Paramount for 3 ½ years and left in 12/2023. Kristie and her team were fantastic as far as we are concerned. Northland is on point trying to get the elevators resolved and the situation improved. This hasn’t been easy for anyone and it wasn’t for us either but we always felt a definite commitment to get things resolved and we are certain of better days and many improvements to come at this building. Whenever we had problems with our unit, maintenance was there for us and were always professional and respectful. The location is hands down the best in Orlando’s downtown. The gym is well equipped and the pool are is super nice.There is a Publix on ground level, a nice wine bar too and a view of the fountain and the lake if you are fortunate enough to have a unit on the north side of the building. Fireworks don’t get any better than from a balcony at the Paramount. Older buildings are always quirky and this is no exception. We found the trade off well worth it for the amazing staff and all the other amenities this location affords.

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.
