But the best thing about this apartment complex is the office staff; They are super friendly and attentive; Jason who is learning Spanish for those of us who are not fluent in English; Katherin is very kind and quick to answer any questions or complaints and especially recognize Jhonatan Paneco; He is very friendly and always with a smile when assisting you; Very professional. I simply have no complaints.

Renfred Holcik: I have lived at the Montary Lake Apartments for 10 years and realize I have never posted a review. I went into the office this morning and I dealt with Genesis at the front desk. She was very friendly and took care of what I went into deal with right there on the spot which I was not expecting. It was her friendliness and professionalism that prompted me to write this review finally. Anytime I have gone into the office with any issue over the years. It has been handled quickly and efficiently by all the staff in there. The manager does a very nice job keeping the property neat and clean. I constantly see all day long the maintenance department walking around picking up trash, cleaning up the areas to make sure everything is always looking good around the parking lot and around the apartments. And over the years when I have had to call for any maintenance issue, it has always been dealt with very quickly, usually within a few hours and at times in under a half hour. It is probably why I have stayed here for 10 years. Because of the care that the people that work in the office and the support staff taking care of the property make it feel like home. The Manager of the property should be proud of not only her staff but herself for maintaining and sustaining high standards.

Paul McKnight: I lived in Polos Apartments for 7 years. My experience was positive, always good neighbors and a management team that was attentive and cared about any issues I had. When I bought a home and ended my lease, the Property Manager Mitzi worked with me to make sure my transition was smooth and that was extremely helpful in a difficult time and gave me my full deposit back which I can't explain how much of a blessing that was. As a Veteran I am happy that a chose polos when I did. Its hard to find people who really care and I was part of it for 7 years. Thank you Polos for being a diamond in the rough.

Travis Smith: I had overall a good experience. This a good starter place if your relocating as I did. The staff can be very flexable and they takecare of issues very quickly and are available always. When it came to my deposit they gave me much more than I expected and I got the payment sent within 2 days of me leaving. No fuss at all. Mitzi does a great job and she is easy to work with. Would rent from them again.

flora: SeaWorld was pretty fun! Loved the aquariums/underwater views and the shows. Problem is, the animal attractions are pretty far apart. The place is full of stores and consists mainly of thrills and rides. The aquariums are farther apart from each other and it takes a while to get there. It’s not the park I envisioned, but it’s alright. However, it does have a gorgeous scenery.SeaWorld is like a mix between an aquarium and a theme park. Combined with sea animals up for show, it’s perfect for those who adore sea creatures whilst also wanting to seek thrills.

Michelle Davis: What a great experience. The day we arrived the front desk staff was very kind and helpful.Check in was easy. Room was clean and stocked with the kitchen basics. Utensils, skillet, sauce pan, mixing bowls and silverware for four.Beds were comfortable and fresh towels were delivered every 3 days.Pool and jacuzzi clean and property was very quiet.Close to many restaurants and entertainment.Shuttle to universal picked up in front of hotel and was easy and convenient.

Hogue Powerlifting: This was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and in great condition. Screened in balcony with a view... loved that! We had everything we needed and more. The amenities were plenty. Awesome pools and water park. The arcade was fun, especially on Wednesday when it was half price for games. The little village area behind the lobby was peaceful and well kept. The island on the lake offered some relaxing time in a hammock. Staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate our needs while there. There is so much more to rave about, but I will just leave it at this. The only complaint is it was near impossible to reach someone for questions about the reservation after it was made, and the pre-checkin website errored out... that was the only bad thing. There are too many great things to let that tarnish the 5-star experience we had. Will definitely return! Thanks, Westgate Lakes, for an awesome time! My family made great memories here!
Visit Apopka Our World: Beautiful property, easy drive and great location to major attractions and hospital. Love the amenities "classy" and just a good vibe!! Property will be hosting this year's Mrs. Florida Pageant in the ballroom and it's a perfect pairing.Rooms: The studio unit is adorable and affordable for a quick solo getaway.Nearby activities: Turkey lake road has lots of great restaurants.Safety: Security everywhereWalkability: The parking garage has an elevator that gives access to every level in the hotel including the banquet space, perfect for families and large groups.Noteworthy details: Grande ballrooms for hosting beautiful events.

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

marcelino Velazquez: The hard Rock hotel it was so nice The room was so nice and that pool was amazing the bar next to it it's so close to universal studio you really can walk to it but they have tiki boat to get to it but it's so close you really don't need it..Rooms: The rooms are nice and big beautiful view by the gardenNearby activities: Can go by CityWalk and go to the clubs or restaurants and have a good time..Safety: Safe to walk a night time to have plenty lights welcome back to the hotel at 10:00 the closer gate you keep on it coming we're here hotel key card so it's pretty safeWalkability: You can walk down to universal studio in a minute it seems like you're in the backyard or universal student so close..Food & drinks: The restaurant kitchen is very nice The food was good and the dessert.
Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!

Ramon Olveda: Good hotel with a very affordable price and has free transfers to Disney Park at 7:40 am and 9:40 am.Rooms: Very spacious and with a kitchenetteWalkability: Nice place to walk along the sidewalk to nearby stores.Food & drinks: Includes lunch of egg and sausage and bread, waffle, cereal, coffee, tea and flavored water and sodas
Pro Corp: Very clean last minute book at good price had friends staying there so we book to bee with them for a day.Rooms: It is very clean and spacious.

cherry baby: I enjoyed my stay here at the Town Place Suites in orlando. The location was in Lake Buena Vista which was convenient and excellent to multiple attractions and stores. The kitchenette was well stocked and very useful, cuts down on eating out and gives you the opportunity to store and warm up drinks and food. The room itself was pretty spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Parking was expensive and the gate did not work the entire duration of the stay so it was just open making paying for parking kind of pointless. But overall I would definitely stay here again and I enjoyed my stay. The free breakfast in the morning was a great touch and was delicious and they open early at 6:30 a.m.

Jo Buddy: I'm not sure what the other review was about... we didn't see bugs or mildew or mold or anything obscene concerning or off putting the lobby is beautiful with blue glass fixtures and paint it really is pretty and from the outside the hotel looks stately and grand inside the room did not disappoint its polished and clean and quiet and spacious well appointed for the price and lovely best hotel on our vacation so far and worth the money parking was convenient our only complaint was the cleaning lady was vicious with her loud knocking earlier then checkout she woke me up but I guess it was OK since I had to get moving but truth fully it was a nice place to stay and I'd stay here again for sure

Cory St. Croix: Over the March Break my wife and I stayed here to visit Universal Studios. The room was everything we needed. Tons of restaurants nearby to eat at. It has a free breakfast, we never used it but it looked good! The best part is it is about a 25 minute walk to the park which was the best feature of the hotel. If we ever go back we would likely stay here again.
