Stephanie Cudnik: I don’t know if it’s just me, but I found this place very difficult to find. I drove around in a loop around the block about 5 times before I finally parked in the parking garage and decided to try to find the place by foot. Both Apple Maps and Google Maps seemed confused and led me to random locations, which was so strange. Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t see an obvious “Citrus Club” sign on the building. I asked people on the street if they knew where it was, and nobody had heard of it.I was here to deliver cakes, cupcakes, cookies and macarons for a party, and parking across the street in the parking garage and then walking across, down the long sidewalk and then onto an elevator to the 18th floor in 90 degree weather was…an ordeal.However!!! A woman inside—Elba Ortega-Cruz—was magnificent! So helpful, so sweet. I had to bring my 4 kids with me for the delivery, and she gave them drinks and put them in one of the private booths to comfortably wait for me while I made a few trips up and downstairs. She was such a bright spot in an otherwise stressful situation. I said thank you to her probably about 10 times, but I wish I could’ve thanked her more. 5 stars just for her.

Stefanie Espey: As a new bride to be the biggest thing I was anxious about was Dress Shopping. I didn’t know where to go, what to get, what exactly I wanted and let me tell you Solutions Bridal was so RELAXING. I came here just to get ideas of what I wanted. I was nervous I was going to be pushed to buy something I wasn’t ready for but my goodness they threw it out the ballpark! I worked with Erica and she was not pushy at all, she let me find ones I liked while she pulled some things that she think would help me feel confident in. She listened and is just so beyond amazing at her job. This place was clean, friendly and so BEYOND helpful. They took everything you said about what you liked about a dress and would immediately pull it off the rack so you could try something new. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am so happy I came here because I can now check off something on my list because I said yes to the dress on my own terms and I was completely confident in my decision AND what I was wearing. Once I said YES they congratulated me with champagne and they are truly just absolutely amazing!!

I was not felt rushed even though my appointment time went over. Bailey was so supportive and helped me in so many ways I could not put in words. Not once did I ever feel pressured to buy a dress that day in the moment she even encouraged if I need to try on more dresses they will be there for me if I wanted to come back. I can not stop staring at the stunning dress I purchased and was under my budget going in. Their transparency around pricing and letting me know that dress I wanted to try on was out of budget and asked if I still wanted to put it on prior to putting it on so I wouldn’t fall in love with a dress I couldn’t afford is so respectful. I will never be able to put in words how great this place is.

We popped champagne & she had the seamstress on property to talk about the small little alterations we were going to make! I couldn’t have asked for a more special bridal experience & im so grateful! Logan McCaskill: I went in to my bridal appointment at Bridal Gallery with very little idea of what I wanted, but after trying on a few dresses and finding out what I do and don't like, my stylist, Yram, was able to pinpoint what I wanted before I even knew. He was great at narrowing down the huuuge selection of dresses down to the few that fit my style and felt comfortable and flattering for me. I found a dress I loved but wanted to try out a few other bridal shops just to be sure, and the other shops I visited were disappointing in comparison to the selection, organization, and people at Bridal Gallery. I ended up going back and buying that dress and I'm so thrilled. I really can't recommend Bridal Gallery and Yram enough. I also want to shout out Vicky for being so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

Sheena Marie: You have to go see Yram if you’re looking for your perfect wedding dress! After going dress shopping with a friend and experiencing the amazing service and process that Stylist Yram uses, I recommended both of my stepdaughters go to him as well. I figure since I had such a phenomenal experience all three times, and each of them buying their dress through him, I should publicly share my thoughts. Dan Shaeffer: Very nice hotel accommodations. Very close to many of the attractions. Very satisfiedThe hotel security gate gave us a fit as suspected. Was told, "Simply use the hotel card to exit". Our room key card had a QR code, not a barcode as the machine asked for so couldn't use the Guest gate. Had same issue at the main gate. These things never work right when they serve multiple parking functions. Buzzed & desk let us right out, so no problem! Just mention, be prepared for issues, we weren't the only ones I witnessed.

David Haslam: We stay here every year sometimes twice a year. We decided this year to try the new Conrad down the road as it was a little cheaper. Boy did we regret it! It is well worth the extra money to stay at the Four Seasons. The service, quality of food, activities etc… just can’t be matched. We have stayed at five star resorts all over the world, and this is the best one of all. We decided to checkout early from the Conrad and spend the rest of our stay at the Four Seasons. Don’t make the same mistake I did and try to save a few hundred dollars a night at the Conrad. It’s just not even close

Nanette O'Dell Cox: We stayed during the Christmas holiday so it was pretty crowded. The room we were in was on the 6th floor with a street view of the front of the hotel which wasn't all that bad.When we first arrived it was pretty crowded and a little confusing as we were looking for handicap parking and didn't want valet parking. Parking for handicap parking was a little walk from the front entrance which we opted to choose as we had many valuables we wanted to keep with us.Once we got inside the front entrance, we were directed to the left to check in which went quickly and smoothly with no problem.We found our room with 2 queen beds with no problem. We had a nice clean room, with plenty of towels.The next day we went down stairs for breakfast. You can order breakfast anytime of the day and custom anyway you want it. Across from the shop was a store with many tourist items but no prices on any of the items. We found out candy bars were $4.00 each but it's what you would expect.We got lost a few times but there was always someone around to help direct us.We also did a walk through of Charlie Brown Ice sculptures which was absolutely amazing. They give you a jacket to wear because the temperature was 19° to keep the ice sculptures from melting. A tip: bring a pair of gloves as they don't supply those with the walk through.We saw a fantastic Christmas holiday 10 minute show on a large screen with music which was fabulous to see.After that we walked around and enjoyed the sites downstairs. They had Charlie Brown characters that we had pictures taken with and then you could have breakfast with them.It was too cold to go swimming so we just walked around and enjoyed the scenery and atmosphere.It was a once in a life time experience we will never forget!!!Rooms: We stayed during the Christmas holiday so it was pretty crowded. The room we were in was on the 6th floor with a street view of the front of the hotel which wasn't all that bad.Safety: We felt pretty safe there as there always seemed to be someone from the hotel around no matter what time it was.Noteworthy details: There were many areas of the hotel to explore with nice waterfalls and interesting sites throughout the hotel to enjoy.

Shane W: Attending a business meeting here. The lobby, atrium, and guest rooms are clean and it is quiet throughout the place. The staff were very friendly and the food at the restaurants was pretty good as well. Great place to stay whether on business or if you are bringing the family. Don’t forget to check out the gators in the atrium, pretty cool to see.
