Israelit Chai: Beautiful but It's not good to aloud people having beers or any alcoholic beverages. This can cause problems and is very dangerous considering how bad is the world now and also because of the bad attitudes that some people have now, also this is a family park and kids love to go there. I live across the street and I love to go there but I have a concern about that . Please let the park be out of trouble because alcoholic beverages can cause problems and also because we go there to enjoy with our kids not to have any worries We have to be and example of free alcohol,drugs or anything that can be a bad influence to our new generation..Blessings

From the moment we were seated, Caitlin greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious enthusiasm that set the tone for the evening.Caitlin's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She provided personalized recommendations that catered perfectly to our tastes and dietary preferences. Her suggestion of the shrimp po’ boys was a hit for my wife and I. Her attentive service ensured that our drinks were always filled up and our requests swiftly met.What truly set Caitlin apart was her genuine interest in making our experience special. She was attentive without being intrusive, managed to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personal touch, which is a rarity. Caitlin's cheerful demeanor and quick wit kept us entertained throughout our meal.The exceptional service provided by Caitlin deserves to be recognized. It's not just the quality of the food that will bring us back to Bubba Gump, but the warm and welcoming service we received from Caitlin. Ronevan Calvert: Best food ever. I got the 1/2 lb. of Cajun shrimp and it was one of the best things of shrimp I’ve ever had. Our server was amazing, and luckily we got to sit next to a couple who LOVED Forest Gump and got to battle it out in the trivia game that the server hosted. Amazing place and amazing staff.Parking: There is paid parking if you’re going to Universal Studios, but if you’re just coming on for dinner, it’s free parking past 6 p.m. and they always have room in the garages.
Paul Morris: What can I say... from the moment of arrival to the time we left, the service was second to none. Thankfully, it was really quiet at 4pm on a Tuesday. We were shown straight to a booth and after a few minutes were given some tips and recommendations. We went for the Calamari as an appetiser, and my wife ordered Lt Dan's Surf and Turf and I had the Shrimper's Heaven.If I had known the portion size of the appetiser we may have skipped this. It was way more than enough for two to share.Our hosts were in the middle of a shift change and we went from Michael to Mikey with minimal fuss and both were superb.Would love to again but only here on holiday.
William Lin: Bubba Gump themed restaurant that is based on the movie, Forrest Gump. The decor reminds you of different scenes of the movie. Change the sign to red, "Stop Forrest Stop" when you require assistance. They even give you a Quiz about the movie to test your knowledge. The food is amazing and great service too

Daniel Ortez: Came in again to give topgolf a try, the last time i was here our experience didn’t go so well! Everything was 100% better upon arrival. Our server Kendall was excellent and very helpful! We were asking her about the new menu items and what she liked she gave us great recommendations. My daughter is a little shy and doesn’t like talking but she seemed to love our server, she was giving her stickers and even brought her a coloring page. I’m so thankful this place was better this time because i want to love it! Thank you for the awesome service!

Gina Marie Hood: . Inevitable because this is Florida, but the table, menus, and floor were all sticky and not super clean, so I have to think it made the issue worse.This won't deter me from visiting in the future, but I think staff needs to be more attentive at keeping the area clean.
Jean Tapia: Great place to go with a group of friends or family. Excellent environment and atmosphere.The menu is very basic but still good overall.
Gregory Romeo: Everyone was great here - Manager was excellent and assisted our larger group wonderfully - Food was surprisingly very good for a tourist location. Parmesean Garlic wings I think it was and some quesadellas of different sorts. Coke products so got that Coke 0 - haven't touched a golf club in like 28 years and was only for 1 or 2 years then - Didn't do too bad.

marcelino Velazquez: The hard Rock hotel it was so nice The room was so nice and that pool was amazing the bar next to it it's so close to universal studio you really can walk to it but they have tiki boat to get to it but it's so close you really don't need it..Rooms: The rooms are nice and big beautiful view by the gardenNearby activities: Can go by CityWalk and go to the clubs or restaurants and have a good time..Safety: Safe to walk a night time to have plenty lights welcome back to the hotel at 10:00 the closer gate you keep on it coming we're here hotel key card so it's pretty safeWalkability: You can walk down to universal studio in a minute it seems like you're in the backyard or universal student so close..Food & drinks: The restaurant kitchen is very nice The food was good and the dessert.
Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!
