Claudia Mena: The rooms are very small, they don't have many activities for the children, just a small pool. But the hotel is good, clean, and central.Rooms: Small but clean.Walkability: There are games, restaurants, and many distractions nearby.Food & drinks: They sell meals at the hotel, and you can walk to many places.
Karen Grose: Our 2nd stay at Visa Cay. The previous being in 2017. Excellent mid budget accommodation in a great location close to everything. The only thing I’d say is that it’s looking a little tired 7 years on from our last visit. The rooms were still clean and fully equipped but a paint job wouldn’t go amiss, just to freshen it up. I’d still recommend this accommodation though.

Trust the Process: My name is Vernon Roper and I spent my birthday/anniversary at Vista Cay at millennium. My wife and I enjoyed everything from beginning to end one gentleman that stands out above all is Mr. Felix Vargas. He is the symbol of excellence. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I enjoyed our time there. the room was excellent and draped with Earth Day memorabilia for myself. Mr. Vargas made himself available for us throughout the entire trip and he even checked on us after we left the property. This gentleman alone get five stars from My wife And I. Thank you, Mr. Vargas for your excellent customer service!

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Congratulations on the excellent service provided by Rebeca and Simey.✓ Great value for money in relation to the region. Breakfast not included and costs $14.99 per person. At the time it was not operating due to renovations.✓ Location with heated pool and pleasant leisure area.✓ Rooms with air conditioning, good beds, good sheets and excellent towels. Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

John Cruz: As soon as we arrived, we were created by the nicest hotel manager, Shajayra. She held our backs before our check in so we could go to the park. She even offered us free breakfast! The rooms were clean, the lobby top notch and the service we received was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would make this hotel as my primary place to stay when I come back to visit.Rooms: Room was clean and great size. It was very affordable too especially when you are about to spend hundreds at universal studios.Nearby activities: Universal studios is only a mile away. It’s about $7-$10 via Uber and easy drop off.Safety: There’s no security presence but you can tell that everyone feels safe here. No one is loitering and I felt comfortable walking to places to get food.Walkability: Restaurants are walking distance and there are a few bars. If you want, you can even walk to the universal studio park.Food & drinks: They serve complimentary breakfast from 7:00-10:00 and the food always rotates. Fresh fruit water in the lobby that rejuvenates you after getting beat by the Florida sun.
Boris Pulatov: .The outdoor pool is about 15 by 40 feet, but only 4 feet deep. The outdoor hot tub is for maybe six people. The water in it seemed cooler than proper temperature and I skipped it.Despite the less then perfect experience with the shuttle, pool, and hot tub, my stay was pleasant, hence 5 stars.

Susanne Ziems: We booked the hotel for one night because we were visiting Universal Studios. We can only recommend the hotel for those traveling through. The room was very large, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There are sufficient free parking spaces available. The breakfast was a bit better by American standards. There was even fruit at times. Let's ignore the plastic dishes, which are often available in hotels. In retrospect, we were annoyed that we only booked one night, because there are also good opportunities for excursions into nature around Orlando.Rooms: The rooms are large, spacious and clean.

GRAZI: We're still at the hotel. Today enjoying the pool after a tiring day at the park. The hotel has everything we need to have a great time in Orlando. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast, attentive people who treated us very well. Especially the affection of the maids. We are very close to Universal and good shopping. My daughter and I love it and recommend it.

Regina Di meola: What can I say.. we were planning a cheap trip to Universal and Disney. As the park tickets are quite expensive, we did not want to exceed our prices as regards food and hotel. This place was a 10/10. Not only the price is unbelievable, we only paid $115 for 4 nights, but also the beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very wide and the shower water came out perfectly fine. What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park. Well, actually, the best part is the breakfast. As the price was very low, we expected a cheaper breakfast, but the waffles and the orange juice were amazing. Plus, the staff was really nice and friendly.If I come back to Orlando, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again.
