josh holden: This is an honest and fair review. My husband and I just purchased a new jeep from this location and we loved our experience on the 2nd visit. Our 1st visit didn’t go to well because the sales person Rebecca wasn’t the friendliest and gave us bad vibes. The manager called us back and we gave them a second chance and I’m so thankful we did. We got a salesman by the name of Nick and he was so friendly and very professional. He thoroughly listened to everything we wanted and didn’t push us in any other direction then what we wanted. Nick went over and beyond and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. If you’re looking for a friendly car buying experience do yourself a favor and purchase one from airport and ask for Nick. Thanks Nick for listening to everything we had to say without pushing us out the door and allowing us to leave with the vehicle we wanted! Katherine Vaccaro: I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and they had it within a shipping distance I could afford. Vehicle price was high compared to other sources. My first time making such a big purchase online and there was some confusion, but I did get help until the contract was signed. However, help during the 7-day test period was poor. The vehicle came with bad tires -- nearly bald on the back -- and it was impossible to reach a human about this. Now I have to buy it new tires right away, which makes the price even higher.
