David Dzien: Excellent facilities, encouraging staff, and convenient location make Presidio a great place for all manner of business partner to not only take a load off from travel, but conduct business in a quiet, secure, and inviting atmosphere. Although recent construction chokes some local traffic, it is conveniently located yards away from the mall for easy lunch destinations, shopping, and change of scenery, especially for lengthy days in the office on conference calls come period end.I usually find myself in the Presidio Tampa office, but I am planning on returning to this location again this quarter, and would highly recommend other colleagues and business partners to stop by and enjoy a few complementary beverages and a spacious break room with an array of large HDTVs to let off some steam and catch some news or entertainment midday! Located on the 3rd floor.

Plenty of Room for a wheelchair, odor-free and well-lite.The carpets are a bit old So I kept on my socks., but at the end of the day my socks were still pretty clean!Breakfast was hot and that yogurt machine made me fuel like I was dispensing ice cream. I appreciate the extra seeding area and the clean tables.My visit was a pleasure. I shall return!Noteworthy details: Even the exhaust fan, c/c went and ceilingfan blades were clean!

James Meadows: This would have been a 3 star review but I appreciate the EV charger, even though there is just one on the property.The lobby experience sets a high standard. The halls going to the rooms are dismal and the rooms do not live up to the lobby or the rate. Hardly any shower pressure and large temp swings.Stay at a universal property if you can.

Kai Elwood: so we never took it as we like to go on our own pace. Breakfast is okay/good, standard for every Best Western hotel, same options. Staff is very friendly, always greets us when we pass by the lobby. One drawback is the room is older and not recently renovated. Other than that it’s quiet and a very budget friendly hotel. Will come back if I am visiting Universal Studios again.
