Our server, Nino, was attentive and charismatic throughout the whole night; even though we were a fairly large party, he was patient and addressed any/all of our questions with friendliness and enthusiasm. His presence helped to make the night a truly memorable one—I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!

The staff has always been amazing, in my honest opinion this is one of the BEST KBBQ places in Orlando! This is a must try if you like any kind of beef, sushi, or any Japanese style cuisine! One was occupied and the other two were not. One of the other two said something about my T-shirt and walked off. Which was really rude but I had a non-refundable reservation and my step mom worked for this corporation for over 30 years for Christ sakes.

I highly recommend trying it; you won't be disappointed.What added to our positive experience was the hotel's recognition of our Titanium status. They honored it by providing late check-out and other benefits, going above and beyond our expectations. The fact that they did so without us even asking for it speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.I wholeheartedly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown to anyone visiting the area. We will certainly be returning when we visit Florida again. Kudos to the team for creating such a fantastic hospitality experience!
Patty & Lexi: Beautiful property with what looks like newly renovated rooms and common space. Front Desk agent Ashley was hopsitable and a perfect representation of what should be a friendly welcome. Seriously, this is important to point out her great Customer Service Skills as many of the Marriots near and in Orlando in particular HEAVILY lack such a good employee. The rooms are spacious and the property has a fireplace and pool outdoors. They have a Bistro on site as many Courtyards do, but the environment in the lobby near the Bistro was good . Everything in the room is up to standard and nothing to be complained about. definitely a great property to stay at in Downtown Orlando. Its about 20-25 minutes away from the Theme parks with traffic, just an FYI.
Christian Garcia: My wife had a 3-day training in Downtown Orlando and we stayed in this hotel. I was working remotely so I had a chance to enjoy the hotel, including the amenities while being productive. The room is clean and has a good spot to work which I like. The gym is not that bad.The Bistro & Starbucks makes this hotel worth it of staying. We always have good coffee and the food & drinks are good. The customer service is also exceptional.Highly recommended to stay for business & vacation purposes!

Michelle Maloy: Just what you would expect from waffle House. This one is one of the better ones because it’s always clean and they always have nice people working. The service was very good and my son loves the pork chops and the bacon and egg sandwich. Also, waffle House is his favorite place for scrambled eggs with cheese. I love the grilled chicken because it is so very juicy. The coffee was hot and the soda was strong just like I like it. But definitely recommend.
