Amy Warner: so we were able to store our stuff and freshen up before going out. We planned to hit the pool after but we were tired and the bed was so comfortable we both fell asleep instead. The only issue with the whole stay was the shower which was a little finicky to get hot water, but it eventually kicked in.The breakfast buffet was very good, and it was super easy and quick to catch the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. It was great to see Jose again when we checked out. He was so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Farrah Le: There was not one person there who didn't go above and beyond. Yash was able to meet my requests with pleasure upon check-in. Property is beautiful and pristine. Knife and Spoon staff were also knowledgeable and attentive. Food was exquisite and flavorful. Pedro was our server at the Chef's table and met our every need. The chef sent out some delicious carrot sorbet. Very refreshing!Superior staff who meet the brand. As a local, I will be back often for these staycations!

Joe Barrile: Absolutely amazing resort on a beautiful property that overlooks a lake. It has multiple pools with waterfalls and a water slide. Great place for families with kids or a romantic getaway. They have tons of activities like kayaking, biking, s’mores by the bonfire and even movies screened poolside. The food options were good as well. It is less than 10 minutes from Disney and downtown Orlando. The property itself is incredibly beautiful. Super lush, tropical gardens with paths and bridges. My family and I will definitely be staying again.

Walter Firth: Okay, so when we arrived at this hotel was really shocked to find out that they don’t really offer shuttle services: there are minimal ones set at inconvenient times that would lead one to miss early entry breakfasts in the parks, being there for opening, Disney park closing, and after dark activities. Having booked those experiences and having our travel agent say the hotel had curtesy shuttles at one’s convenience. Apart from that the rooms are standard, clean, and the hotel does offer access to multiple locations. So, why five stars? Because Armando at reception has gone above, beyond, and out of his way to accommodate and help us out to make our stay enjoyable, remain on schedule, provide useful advice, and have the right transport. So thank you Armando, and if it wasn’t for him, this would not be a five star review.Rooms: Clean, simple, standard rooms with mini fridge, microwave, and coffeeNearby activities: Disney World parks and Universal
