I have attended countless sound baths and that was hands down my best yet. In NYC our lockdown restrictions were strict and online/virtual classes just weren’t the same for me, and as a result the asana portion of my Yoga practice suffered. Jade's Full Moon Ceremony was my 1st live class since March of 2020. It felt good to get back in the flow and get excited about the movements again. I look forward to checking out her Saturday morning classes. If you are looking for a great yoga, meditation, sound bath experience...I highly recommend you attend a Chakra Flow event...it will not disappoint!

This shop is not only extremely diverse, but they have some of the best crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls we've run across to date.He's very well versed in how they're all sourced and made, as what they are each individually tuned to. They are very specific about making sure their products are sourced from small family craftsmen from all over the world and not mass produced and we really loved that!They also apparently hand sound healing classes regularly, as well as other types of healing classes. Just sorry we couldn't partake in any of those while we were here.

lilienthal rachael: A very well-rounded yoga teacher training. The course was focused on Vinyasa, but we did a little Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Yin as well. The anatomy classes were wonderful and the Ayurveda and Pranic Healing classes were a special treat.
Jahaira Camacho: Great yoga studio and teacher. If you’re open to the universe and what it has to offer then this is the place for you.

I have recently lost my job in the mortgage lending world, due to the market, which was very stressful and really triggered my anxiety and PTSD. My husband has also lost his job and has been unemployed for the last six months from a bank. We have maxed out our credit cards and have now pulled our retirement accounts. We are definitely experiencing a financial hardship and need to help getting out of this rut.It would mean the world to me to be able to receive this yoga training in order to be able to do work that is worthy of helping others in my community and will help my family become financially stable again.I would love to be able to teach yoga to veterans and women in my community. I searched for a while for differents yoga places in this area and Elevate yoga center has the most reasonable prices with a wide variety of yoga classes and schedules, Im a business owner, so my schedule varies daily and I needed a place that had classes available throughout the day.I started to be curious about the world of yoga a few months ago and this place with the wonderful instructors has helped me connect a lot with myself. Niki, Rachel, Sarah and Marilyn's classes are some of my favorites, they all have a beautiful energy, they are extremely friendly and even if you don't know anything about yoga, in all the classes you learn from scratch.The place is always clean and the classes always start on time.I highly recommend it, and I'm grateful to have found them.

Ken Burnside: We love this studio. Excellent instructors who guide you through the poses in a gentle manner. The people who come to this studio are very friendly also. Leah is a particularly talented instructor. After a few classes you will be amazed how much easier it is to do the poses.

They also host special events so make sure you stay up with their calendar. The owner is the sweetest woman you’ll ever meet, and all instructors are a delight.
Frank de la Cruz: I have spent plenty of time in different yoga studios around the country, and I can honestly say that my experience at the Peaceful Peacock was one of the best experiences so far. The studio is unassuming, accessible, and inviting. Frannie’s Saturday morning Gentle Flow class was a great way to warm up and bring movement to my body in the early morning. Her guidance offered different variations to accommodate my limitations. I plan to return as often as possible.

They have fun and creative opportunities that I also have never seen with a studio. The staff is always to warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Christina T: I left Orlando in 2006 and Calvin and Teresa are still the gold standard by which I evaluate all other yoga studios. They even brought in a big name instructor for a work shop once with several books to her name and I thought their classes were better. I guarantee you 99% of yogis would give them 5 stars. 65 reviews is incredibly low given all of the lives they've touched. Now that I'm back in Florida I need to make them a part of a central Florida trip. They are that awesome! Miss you two😘
Jennifer Hills: Theresa and Calvin are the best! I've been taking private lessons with Theresa, and she is magical. She reminds me all the way that we are doing this out of love for my body. I am overweight and out of shape, and that has never been a problem. Theresa works with where I am today and praises me every time I make a little more progress. She pushes me to try new things, and always has alternatives ready to make me successful. I love my lessons at CPY!
Caroline Kent Yachán: College Park Yoga is like no other yoga studio in Orlando. Every class is taught by one of the owners, Calvin or Theresa. They have been teaching for over 20 years and are the most loving and encouraging teachers who truly get to know each and every one of their students. They love what they do and this love for teaching and helping others pours out of them! This is something incredibly special you won't find at any other yoga studio in Orlando. The practice they teach is challenging but at the same time welcoming to beginners and students of all levels. Emiley Jones: I can't sing enough praises about my experience at CPY.I've practiced yoga very casually and inconsistently over the years, but never in a studio/class setting until I came to CPY...and I'm afraid I might be completely spoiled now!Theresa and Calvin are the epitome of welcoming, warm, and helpful. From greeting you as you enter the door to serving tea as you exit, everything feels intentional and judgment-free. I've been to the Astanga Vinyasa and Liquid Fire classes, both of which I enjoyed thoroughly. There's a heavy focus on breathing and being present in addition to the obvious fitness aspect. I felt capable, encouraged, challenged, and accepted all at once. I definitely recommend giving CPY a visit!

K G: alternate teaching classes and they are the both equally talented. What sets this studio apart from any other I’ve been to is their skilled hands-on assistance. They will gently guide you towards the best possible shape for your body - regardless of your level of flexibility, limitations or experience. They are so warm and encouraging, you will want to come back just to soak in their amazing energy. This is true astanga vinyasa, focusing first on the importance of deep breathing then working on the poses. It’s a great workout as long as you are well hydrated and try to keep a steady, patient mindset. I have been practicing here for almost 10 years and have grown so much from their insightful lessons and overwhelming encouragement. They are a true gem!!!
