Maureen McElroy: One of the best experiences I have ever had. Received a call back and given an appt within an hour as a new patient, which was so relieving as I had a foreign body in my eye. Staff were so kind, office was incredibly efficient. Dr. Thomas put me at ease immediately. I felt very confident in my care! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Ross Payne: I recently had cataract surgery at Filutowski Eye Institute. My experience was positive all around. Drs. Filutowski and Dempsey are highly skilled and diligent. I felt confident that I was in good hands. The office operations are efficient, with reasonable wait times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They provide clear and concise pre- and post-op instructions. Some reviewers have commented on the “assembly style” nature of the experience. To my way of thinking, that’s a plus. They have done thousands of these surgeries, and have developed a set of procedures and practices that benefit all patients.
