Melinda Love: This was our first trip here and we enjoyed every bit of it. The staff greeted us with smiles and were so happy and friendly. Everyone was super nice!!! We loved our suite. Everything was nice and clean. One of the staff members gave us a few recommendations of things to do with our kids and the kids loved all of it!!!! The pool was great, we utilized the grill they have too. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Cindy Prevost: It is very well maintained and very clean. The suites are just as shown in the pictures. They are stocked with all the items you need for your stay, including laundry detergent, washer dryer, dishwasher detergent, pots & pans, silverware, toaster etc. the pool area is very nice and so well maintained. The pool is large enough for kids to splash around without adults being impacted. They don’t have normal housekeeping daily but you can text or call for anything you need. Overall an amazing place to stay! Just minutes from Universal.
Samuel Shiao: This is a fantastic location near MCO and Universal for weekend visitors, where you can experience a vibrant and tropical stay for a reasonable price. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the amenities enjoyable - take a rest in the pool or hot tub, or enjoy an evening in the arcade. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-kept, with the only real issues being thin walls and lower quality beds. Would definitely stay here again, and certainly recommend for families looking for both comfort and budget-friendly hotels.
IAmBoon: Our family had a wonderful week at Westgate, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The views added an extra layer of charm from the moment we checked in until we left. Westgate's dedication to prompt service, particularly the timely provision of towels and trash removal, was admirable.Our only challenge, however, was sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa mattress was not comfortable, so I had to relocate to the room I shared with my siblings. While this solution sacrificed some privacy, the hotel's overall cleanliness and the convenience of preparing our own meals made up for the inconvenience.Westgate stands out as an exceptional destination, with a well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5.
Roberts Lifestyle: . The room was immaculate. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom upgraded suites. It was nicely furnished, both bedrooms were large and had its own bathroom attached. The beds were comfortable. The unit was equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen appliances. The pool was heated. The hot tub was larger and appeared to be able to host 8-10 people comfortably. I definitely would recommend this place for an extended stay. The front desk service was A1. The building was secure with key card access only. We stayed on the 18th floor in building B. The room was nice with a city view. The resort has a restaurant although we didn’t try it. I don’t remember seeing a bar. The only drawback from this resort is the parking is tricky in the evening. They did provide a late night shuttle to the over flow parking which is a block or two away. The shuttle did run every few minutes so there was not much of a wait.Rooms: The room we booked was the upgraded suite. Nice and spacious.Safety: Key card access and 24 hour security.Walkability: Not sure if the resort is in walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. But everything is a short drive or Uber ride away.
Jesse Anders: Everything about this place was amazing. Only thing was that the hot tub didn’t seem to get very warm. In fact, the heated pool was warmer than the hot tub. Still though, the place was great.Rooms: Rooms were very nice and clean.

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Congratulations on the excellent service provided by Rebeca and Simey.✓ Great value for money in relation to the region. Breakfast not included and costs $14.99 per person. At the time it was not operating due to renovations.✓ Location with heated pool and pleasant leisure area.✓ Rooms with air conditioning, good beds, good sheets and excellent towels. Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

Pool is beautiful and very clean down there! Tons of spots to sit and pretty colors down there. Full kitchen made it helpful to eat in. Close to so many fun things! Michelle Davis: What a great experience. The day we arrived the front desk staff was very kind and helpful.Check in was easy. Room was clean and stocked with the kitchen basics. Utensils, skillet, sauce pan, mixing bowls and silverware for four.Beds were comfortable and fresh towels were delivered every 3 days.Pool and jacuzzi clean and property was very quiet.Close to many restaurants and entertainment.Shuttle to universal picked up in front of hotel and was easy and convenient.

Lauren Vaneck: I stayed here for a solo trip to Disney. I got a king room and had a very nice stay. I loved that the shower didn’t have a tub and was an actual shower, the “rain” shower head was a nice touch. The shower was super clean . The bed was super comfortable including the pillows.There was a few small things. There was a small hole in the sheets and a couple of stains on the walls behind where the garbage can was. The beautiful sofa also had some stains and could use a deep clean. But overall the little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.I would recommend this hotel and for the price I definitely felt like it was a great deal.

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!
Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.
Bri Marbais: I recently planned a networking event for the Central Florida wedding industry at Castle Hotel and it was such an amazing experience! Amanda Palmer was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Ji Sun Yi: Удивительный опыт во время нашего недельного отпуска. Такое удобное расположение для прогулок по городу и Юниверсала. Отличный доступ к водному такси, что позволяет вам обойти длинную очередь, ведущую на городскую прогулку, через которую вы проезжаете, если вы воспользовались шаттлом. Мы также гуляли по городу от нашего отеля, что было относительно короткой прогулкой, когда вечером было прохладнее. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и информативным. Номер в отеле всегда был чистым и очень просторным. Особенно понравился ранний вход на Острова приключений и в бухту Вулкан! Отель также расположен прямо у залива Вулкан, буквально менее чем в 5 минутах ходьбы. 100% рекомендую. Мы обязательно вернемся в будущем!
Nina Cool: Авентура — мое любимое место для проживания, когда я посещаю Юниверсал в Орландо. Это определенно похоже на шаг выше бюджетных отелей, но это не обходится дорого, и в целом это очень спокойный отель, который мне очень нравится.Развлечения поблизости: Авентура чувствует себя так близко к Сити-Уок и паркам, а благодаря близости к Сапфировому водопаду есть множество вариантов транспорта: маршрутный автобус, садовая дорожка и водное такси. Водное такси настолько приятное, что стало одной из моих любимых частей отдыха в Юниверсал!Пешеходная доступность: Мне очень нравится, как приятно и легко дойти пешком до Сапфирового водопада и City Walk от Авентуры. Выход на садовую дорожку кажется роскошным удовольствием, и мне нравится посещать Сапфировый водопад и кулинарию Аматиста во время пребывания в Авентуре.Еда и напитки: Мне нравится получать свой Starbucks каждое утро, когда я остаюсь здесь! Варианты фуд-корта также довольно хороши, а еда, напитки, виды и атмосфера в баре 17 просто феноменальны!

Fantastic!Location is ideal, shuttles to Universal, very close to EVERY good thing by International drive&kirkman.The pool was my favorite scene, not too busy , the usual bar setups and pricing but very convenient.The BEST PART the food in the lobby actually slaps! Not bad pricing and considering it is hotel food DANG not bad! If you don’t wana go spend a lot of time and money elsewhere in the tourists trap the convenience of the food in the lobby very helpfulThe ROOM pretty clean but the best part was you can control everything form a tablet AND you can cast from your phone to the television!!!

Khaled Al-Hassan: Homewood by Hilton Hotel is located in Orlando, overlooking the beautiful lakeThe location of the hotel is excellent, the level of cleanliness is very appropriate, and all services are available. Restaurant options are available both inside the hotel or in the nearby external environment. There are suitable meeting rooms equipped for meetings and training courses.The staff is nice, helpful and well behaved. I thank them very much and I recommend staying in this hotel

Kim Hale: A mini vacation, this place was great. Beds very comfortable! Room was like a small one bedroom condo, very nice. Full kitchen. Living room.Noteworthy details: One elevator was out of service.
Suly Marie: Honestly no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is undergoing renovations so yes there is some dust and the elevators are used by construction workers however, that did not diminish the stay one bit. Universal is a 5-10 minute drive at best from this property. The breakfast had a surprising great selection and tasted great. I was checked in by a front desk agent named Valeria she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me with all the necessary check in info and then went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of staying in one of the renovated rooms and was highly impressed. The room was very beautiful, loved the decor it was modern and stylish. I will be staying here again very soon.
Jussara Luongo: We stayed at Homewood Suites Nearest to Universal for 14 days in January/24. It was an excellent experience. The hotel has great facilities, comfortable rooms, extremely clean. Good breakfast. Secure parking. The staff is great, everyone is very attentive and polite. We love Eli at reception and Hanane. We will certainly come back and recommend it to friends. Thanks.
Carol Marshall: Everything was great. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There were eggs in two or three different ways, many kinds of bread, pancakes, yogurt and some kind of sausages or bacon. The staff was exceptionally nice! Very polite and always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. There were times that my two little babies did not let me eat and the girls in the breakfast area was holding my baby and keeping her company if they had nothing to do at that moment. I loved my stay at the hotel. Never before have I met such polite stuff. Especially a lady name jasma felt like I had a sister helping me out. For sure if I ever get back to Orlando I will stay there. The only problem was that because of the renovation, there were noises, which I expected that were going to be paused between 1-3 pm so that we can rest but it was bad timing I guess. Everything else was great ! Loved it !

Samantha Cragun: I stayed at the point in Orlando April 3-8 2024. My experience was wonderful. I was a part of a large group coming together there to take a RAPID Neurofascial Reset course. As a guest I felt pleased with the room it was beautiful and clean. I felt welcomed by the front desk Tiffany and Bertha were sincerely wonderful to me. The pool and hot tub area... No problem there!! Javier served our food/beverage mostly during our stay! He was friendly and had a great laugh and smile even when the pressure was on him managing a large lunch order with one support person helping while he also worked the bar. Ace in the pool area was gracious to let us take our time leaving the pool area when closed... I mean he told us it was time, but he was very patient while we laughed and goofed off trying to gather out things and be done having our nice time, it was hard! We were really enjoying.There were a couple people who's names I did not get or do not recall, specifically a gentleman at the front desk and a lady who was in house keeping. We shared really nice moments.Loved them all.Our group had a wonderful timeI am so excited to come back in November to say "Hey you" to my friends there.Thank you so much everyone for making my trip special.You were on point.

Doug Bonestroo: Overall, a nice place but definitely not a top tier Marriott property. Big rooms, fairly old, can hear your neighbors through the walls and no way to control the fan on the AC to block out the noise. Great walking and running path around the pond across the street - 3/10 of a mile per lap.Walkability: There is a nice pond across the street with a sidewalk circling it. Slightly over 3/10 of a mile per lap - like .305.
Karen Sweeney: Less than 10 mins drive to airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait too long for the Shuttle even though it was super late at night. Also Shuttle on time back to the airport. The night Front desk staff was very pleasant and professionally upon my arrival late night..The room was clean, very clean.. Quite comfortable, nice living room area and bedroom off that. Nicely appointed room. Complimentary bottle of water in the room , and other bottled water options for a cost for convenience. Nice bath amenities. Highly recommended for a reasonable price.

Christine Mascarelli: This hotel was great for our last minute stay. Price was a little high but they have a 24/7 airport shuttle which was extremely clean. All of the workers we interacted with were very pleasant. Breakfast not included in all rates and is $18 for the hot breakfast buffet and $14 for the not hot buffet. Cannot speak of the area because we just used it to sleep.

Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!

tim holochwost: The hotel was clean, but just had an old feeling. The location is great to the theme parks.The parking is horrible. There are 2 other hotels a Japanese steakhouse and an Ale house that share the same parking lot. We got back from seaworld late and there wasn't anywhere for us to park. We had to wait for someone to leave one of the restaurants to be able to finally park.Rooms: Bathrooms near major overhaul.

James Meadows: This would have been a 3 star review but I appreciate the EV charger, even though there is just one on the property.The lobby experience sets a high standard. The halls going to the rooms are dismal and the rooms do not live up to the lobby or the rate. Hardly any shower pressure and large temp swings.Stay at a universal property if you can.
Kai Elwood: so we never took it as we like to go on our own pace. Breakfast is okay/good, standard for every Best Western hotel, same options. Staff is very friendly, always greets us when we pass by the lobby. One drawback is the room is older and not recently renovated. Other than that it’s quiet and a very budget friendly hotel. Will come back if I am visiting Universal Studios again.

Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.

This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

flora: Best 👏 Hotel 👏 Ever 👏The lobby was so cozy and beautiful and there was so much activities to do there. The pool was clean and super spacious. The spa was so refreshing and at the perfect temperature. The room was so comfy and had a gorgeous gorgeous view of the outside. Service was great too! They were all so patient and nice. The only “negative” thing was that the shower was always too hot. I don’t know if it’s just 315 or not, but I can’t seem to turn the heat down, not even a bit. Still though, the hotel rules!!
Samantha McMillan: This hotel is my favorite place to stay while in Orlando. The rooms are clean though sometimes it is hard to open the door to the room as it feels heavy. The elevators are a little iffy as they make sounds that are loud whenever you are waiting. I love staying in the rooms with a Universal View or the view of MCO. I will continue to return to this hotel.

kevin mungroo: Great location for visiting the parks. I didn't use the walking path but hotel staff indicated it was about a 15-20 min walk. Busses were one after the other at peak morning periods so even though the line got very long wait time was manageable. Staff was very helpful and the the 2 pools were great for our family! The sand really made it feel like a beach. 1 pool had a slide and 1 pool a lazy river so lots of options.Rooms: Very clean and spacious with ample storage.Walkability: Resort is large so depending on which building you are located in you may have a bit of a walk to the foodcourt or lobby and bus stop. 2 pools are on opposite sides of the resort so you dont have to go far for this.Food & drinks: Food court options were ample. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, grilled food plus omlets, waffles, pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs for brealfast.

Trina Truman: This was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn. The hotel was close to Universal. I felt very safe parking our car and staying here. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast we had 3 out of 5 days we were there and the meat and potato choice was different each day we ate. And it was fresh and filled often. The coffee/hot tea bar was offered 24 hours. And the coffee was great! The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfy. I was very pleased that we didn't hear other people slamming doors or talking out in the hallway. We only heard people walking above us a couple times. I was very relieved to not be annoyed by that. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub. But it looked great. Overall I would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Quiet, Clean & comfy beds.Safety: I felt very safe staying here.

I encountered 4 different folks at the front desk over my stay and each of them was extremely nice. The breakfast had plenty of food choices and quality was what I expected from this class of hotel.The location is under 10 minutes from Universal Studios, not really walkable to any lunch or dinner options.Rooms: Decent size, showers good, comfortable bed. Rooms show signs of age though with dirty grout, some water stained ceilings, overall generic aging.Nearby activities: Under 10 minutes from Universal StudiosWalkability: Can’t really walk to much close by. There are sidewalks but nothing is less than a few blocks at best.

scoutmom 405: Enjoyed our stay. Only a short drive from Universal. The complimentary breakfast was good. Handicap parking & electronic exterior doors. I wheeled my dad to the pool to hang with his grandkids & a very kind worker opened the 2 doors before we got to slide door that lead to the pool. Housekeeping was kind & had no problems swapping used towels for new since we passed on having the room cleaned. The only issue & we just dealt with it was clogged shower drain. I've had worse but it does pool up a few inches while you shower. The water pressure was great & hot water for all 4 of us. Just had to wait 5 min in between for the clogged water to drain down.The walls are thin but no one around us was being too loud. We could hear someone walking on the 4th floor above us.Overall a good stay. Will stay again during next years Cheer competition.

Catarina Yankey: This place is lovely. The rooms are spacious, the pool is wonderful, and the staff was so friendly! The day we arrived we were also going to one of the parks and they graciously held our luggage for nearly 12 hours before we made it back for check-in. They also offer a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. It was very easy to schedule, and convenient. We were also able to opt for late check-out, it was only $50 and we were able to check-out at 4:00 p.m. I would absolutely stay here again.
