Dean Linzey: Visiting from the UK arrived with a flooded strobe, the guys there were friendly, welcoming and stripped, cleaned and resealed my strobe which looked irreparable and it works fine. Didn’t want payment just said “divers look after divers”. This is a proper dive shop for proper divers. Thanks guys.
G. Image: Can't say enough good things about this place! Kim and Andy were very helpful and informative in helping us choose some new gear. Andy was very knowledgeable about a lot of the science and technology behind a lot of the products and gear. I felt very comfortable making these large purchases especially when these items are so important for the safety of this sport. We also appreciate that they carry a lot of atomic brand gear. If you're looking for a knowledgeable shop carrying top of the line equipment definitely check out this place. Added bonus that they do a lot of training with individuals with special needs and disabilities so that they can enjoy this amazing sport!

Claire G: A fantastic group to get scuba certified with! my brother and I wanted to get certified and we were struggling finding a program that could accommodate his travel schedule. We were very nervous to start but Emmanuel was so helpful and patient with us! He gave us a ton of great information, helped us to understand what we were expected to do and made the whole experience wonderful! I would definitely recommend, he was an amazing trainer and we're both so excited to get back in the water!

Nick Lutz: Purchased a couple of steel high pressure 100cf tanks from Rachel over the phone on 4/19/2024. The transaction went smoothly and efficiently. Rachel was just a pleasure to work with. I stopped by the shop the next day 4/20/2024 and was greeted by Rachel and crew. Talk about fantastic people! They finished prepping my tanks and while I was shopping, Rachel pretty much kept the grandkids busy with coloring and videos. My grand kids didn’t want to leave! They gave Rachel goodbye hugs and we left. BTW; I was recovering from surgery and the staff gladly loaded the tanks into the SUV for me. Great shop, great staff, highly recommend!

Madelyn Johnston: Walt, Terry and Andrew were VERY attentive and helpful during the process of buying our BCD, regulator, computer, mask, snorkel and weights. Walt took the time to refresh my memory on several things when it comes to critical knowledge when diving. We have been to this shop more times than we can count and receive the same attentiveness EVERY time. I highly recommend this shop for their experience, expertise, attentiveness and honest opinions on gear choices.

Derrick Gillikin: . We were greeted immediately by Walt. There was other staff there as well who were all very friendly. Walt took us through the store and, this is important, showed my daughter the pluses and minuses of different gear without once trying to push her into the most expensive item. He explained that her gear preferences would probably change a bit as she got diving experience and that she just wanted good quality gear that would last. Understand, I have hundreds of dives in my log but I purposely wanted to not force my daughter into decisions that I would make, just reinforce principles and safety concerns. Walt was 100% on board with this strategy. My daughter always felt like she was the one driving this bus and she got what was comfortable for HER. Walt said it perfectly: you come into a store like this for wisdom from people who have tried many items and they know what works and doesn't work. That's something you won't really get from online shopping. I appreciated that. Anyway, kudos to Divers Direct for valuing the hands on shopping experience. My daughter is very happy and excited for future diving adventures. Thanks Walt!
Alejandro Alicea: Every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I’ve been to this location 3 times and they have everything!!! It was nice to step in the second time and Terry greeted me by name I forget names all the time !! Terry and Alex were very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is like an Orlando Theme park,Toy store or an amazing candy shop.

Her team helped charge the batteries etc. They were so willing to help me with my issues. The. They sent the machines back to distributor to repair for me. I would recommend going here for all of your sporting needs.
