This was my first time ever being in a surgical center for a family member so i was an emotional wreck. Cindy was so so friendly and energetic and made sure to get us everything we needed. And jeff was able to help comfort us after the surgery until the meds wore off. 10/10 Recommendation.
Jill Stults: While on vacation my son got very sick, thank goodness for a place like this. The front desk, nurses, doctors, kid friendly art, even the valet, all made a positive impression on our stay. Everyone took such good care of my son. Dr. Moorjani was compassionate, knowledgeable and she communicated very well with us the plan. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your child. Everyone working here was so friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their job. 👏🏻

Kristin Whissel: I had a great birthing experience at this hospital with my first born, little baby girl! Nurses were very caring and attentive. Big shoutout to nurse Dalma in labor and delivery and Stefanie and Ada in postpartum! The lactation consultant as well! Wonderful staff.Hospital was very organized! The food was not so great as usual with hospitals, but highly recommend the brownie 😆! This hospital also has the best ice for chewing, which really helped my comfort level with labor and post delivery!

Your medical team that took care of my daughter and I were great! I also want to commend the nutritionists that brought our food to our room. It did not taste like regular hosp.food. Thorsten Fjellstedt: The UCF hospital is first rate facility. The staff handled the administrative steps of my visit very efficiently. The staff person doing the echocardiogram was skilled and efficient. She also was very welcoming and helpful. All together an outstanding experience.

Janet Coe: AdventHealthOrlando is by far the best hospital in Florida. Nurses do a fantastic job. A 2 minute call button response. Any help you need gets done. My doctor was fantastic. Explained everything to my satisfaction.Since we live in The Villages the traffic is the only detriment to making this the only hospital we would come to.

Lorie Coka: From the moment we pulled up our experience was the best we have had for an outpatient procedure. The complimentary valet parking with validation, the person at the registration desk for my son's procedure who showed us where the gift shop was and walked us back to pre-op, the wonderful pre-op care team who was able to move up our procedure and were so detailed and thorough, my son's wonderful doctor, the great experience in post-op with great recovery --This was the best outpatient experience my son has had and he has had 5 major surgeries and over a dozen outpatient procedures at other hospitals. The extra touches that made it an even more amazing experience, taking our son back to the OR in a caterpillar wagon, the bubble lights in pre-op that made him relaxed and self-regulated and the Scholastic bookfair taking place in the lobby. We so appreciate the wonderful care and attention to detail our son received. Thank you, AdventHealth for Children.
