D Pedersen: We had the opportunity to work with designer, Jennifer Donovan at the Orlando Ethan Allen store, and would like to express our gratitude for the superb decorating services we received.Coming into the store we were looking at an overwhelming process, so many choices! Jennifer has a great communication style and put us at ease instantly. She listened thoroughly and came back with recommendations that combined what we were looking for, balanced with her design expertise. The design knowledge she shared help us make better, more informed decisions with the bonus of turning the shopping process into a fun and enjoyable experience. Jennifer helped create rooms that are both functional and beautiful.Our positive experience continued after we placed our order. Keren in scheduling was accommodating and worked with us for delivery dates. The delivery drivers Ray and Taylor were attentive and careful with the new furniture and our home. Gregg, the drapery installer was very detailed and made sure all drapes hung same length and spaced beautifully.As you would expect with a large purchase of many items, there were a few small things that needed attention. Maryann and Kevin in customer service handled them promptly, professionally and made everything as it should be.We are very pleased with the services we received from beginning of the process to end.

The thing I like most about Mercedes is that she listens to your needs first, then makes suggestions to achieve your goal, plus she really knows her merchandise. Doing business with her is always a pleasure. I also have to mention the lady I communicate with in their distribution center is wonderful, as is the main delivery man, who has been to my condo numerous times and is always very respectful of my home. Can’t say enough about the quality of EA associates, AND their merchandise.

We shopped at Ashley’s Furniture on multiple occasions but at the different location. We went in with a purpose, Hind pulled up our past orders to help us find exactly what we were looking for. It was incredibly easy process with her. She was able to give us a discount on delivery also which was nice. We saw some dining chairs that we fell in love with, but decided not to get them at a time. By the next morning we called Hind in hopes that we could just order them through her without visiting the store again. In few minuses our new order was finalized and put on the same delivery date as our previously ordered items. We highly recommend Ashley’s Furniture by the Mall of Millennia especially their sales person Hind Sbai.
