JRG: The extremely courteous team explains everything essential, gives instructions on the selected weapons and helps quickly and patiently with advice and support in the event of the slightest difficulties. There is a huge selection of pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns and even fully automatic weapons available in all different calibers. Simply a great and impressive experience that would be completely unthinkable in Germany.

Christopher Robinson: As a lifelong Magic fan from out of town who have been coming to the Kia/Amway center since it opened, it is truly one of the greatest arenas around. The only part I dreaded was the I-4 construction which made getting here a nightmare. Since its completion its smooth sailing for me to park at the Geico garage across the street. The arena dosent have a bad seat. I didnt have time to eat before getting to the game so I had to luck out and pay for overpriced food. I got a sandwich fries and drink from BDQ which was surprisingly fresh, hot and good. The fans and ushers had great energy. The 4 star vs 5 star is for lack of better control of traffic leaving the arena. More streets nearby should have been closed to thru traffic so that nearby parking garages could flow better leaving. It took 2 hours to leave the garage to get to the interstate.

C J: I fell in love with a jacket at Sawgrass Adidas and they did not have my size. I was given the style number and was told a store in Orlando had 10. Unfortunately no one in South Florida could assist me with having them transferred therefore I called and was so lucky to get to speak to Martinez. She was so kind to hold them for me until the next day so I could drive there and pick them up. Martinez and the whole staff are exceptionally friendly and willing to help! Melinda Love: This was our first trip here and we enjoyed every bit of it. The staff greeted us with smiles and were so happy and friendly. Everyone was super nice!!! We loved our suite. Everything was nice and clean. One of the staff members gave us a few recommendations of things to do with our kids and the kids loved all of it!!!! The pool was great, we utilized the grill they have too. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Cindy Prevost: It is very well maintained and very clean. The suites are just as shown in the pictures. They are stocked with all the items you need for your stay, including laundry detergent, washer dryer, dishwasher detergent, pots & pans, silverware, toaster etc. the pool area is very nice and so well maintained. The pool is large enough for kids to splash around without adults being impacted. They don’t have normal housekeeping daily but you can text or call for anything you need. Overall an amazing place to stay! Just minutes from Universal.
Samuel Shiao: This is a fantastic location near MCO and Universal for weekend visitors, where you can experience a vibrant and tropical stay for a reasonable price. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the amenities enjoyable - take a rest in the pool or hot tub, or enjoy an evening in the arcade. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-kept, with the only real issues being thin walls and lower quality beds. Would definitely stay here again, and certainly recommend for families looking for both comfort and budget-friendly hotels.
IAmBoon: Our family had a wonderful week at Westgate, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The views added an extra layer of charm from the moment we checked in until we left. Westgate's dedication to prompt service, particularly the timely provision of towels and trash removal, was admirable.Our only challenge, however, was sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa mattress was not comfortable, so I had to relocate to the room I shared with my siblings. While this solution sacrificed some privacy, the hotel's overall cleanliness and the convenience of preparing our own meals made up for the inconvenience.Westgate stands out as an exceptional destination, with a well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5.
Roberts Lifestyle: . The room was immaculate. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom upgraded suites. It was nicely furnished, both bedrooms were large and had its own bathroom attached. The beds were comfortable. The unit was equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen appliances. The pool was heated. The hot tub was larger and appeared to be able to host 8-10 people comfortably. I definitely would recommend this place for an extended stay. The front desk service was A1. The building was secure with key card access only. We stayed on the 18th floor in building B. The room was nice with a city view. The resort has a restaurant although we didn’t try it. I don’t remember seeing a bar. The only drawback from this resort is the parking is tricky in the evening. They did provide a late night shuttle to the over flow parking which is a block or two away. The shuttle did run every few minutes so there was not much of a wait.Rooms: The room we booked was the upgraded suite. Nice and spacious.Safety: Key card access and 24 hour security.Walkability: Not sure if the resort is in walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. But everything is a short drive or Uber ride away.
Jesse Anders: Everything about this place was amazing. Only thing was that the hot tub didn’t seem to get very warm. In fact, the heated pool was warmer than the hot tub. Still though, the place was great.Rooms: Rooms were very nice and clean.

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Katie Luoto: My kids & I love this place! We don't live in FL but have gone to Nona twice now when we've been in Orlando. The kids spent hours on the inflatable obstacle course on the water. They had as much fun as an amusement park at a fraction of the cost. I loved the climbing structure, fun & challenging. The staff are fantastic; focused on safety while also very patient & helpful. marcelino Velazquez: The hard Rock hotel it was so nice The room was so nice and that pool was amazing the bar next to it it's so close to universal studio you really can walk to it but they have tiki boat to get to it but it's so close you really don't need it..Rooms: The rooms are nice and big beautiful view by the gardenNearby activities: Can go by CityWalk and go to the clubs or restaurants and have a good time..Safety: Safe to walk a night time to have plenty lights welcome back to the hotel at 10:00 the closer gate you keep on it coming we're here hotel key card so it's pretty safeWalkability: You can walk down to universal studio in a minute it seems like you're in the backyard or universal student so close..Food & drinks: The restaurant kitchen is very nice The food was good and the dessert.
Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!

Hogue Powerlifting: This was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and in great condition. Screened in balcony with a view... loved that! We had everything we needed and more. The amenities were plenty. Awesome pools and water park. The arcade was fun, especially on Wednesday when it was half price for games. The little village area behind the lobby was peaceful and well kept. The island on the lake offered some relaxing time in a hammock. Staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate our needs while there. There is so much more to rave about, but I will just leave it at this. The only complaint is it was near impossible to reach someone for questions about the reservation after it was made, and the pre-checkin website errored out... that was the only bad thing. There are too many great things to let that tarnish the 5-star experience we had. Will definitely return! Thanks, Westgate Lakes, for an awesome time! My family made great memories here!
Visit Apopka Our World: Beautiful property, easy drive and great location to major attractions and hospital. Love the amenities "classy" and just a good vibe!! Property will be hosting this year's Mrs. Florida Pageant in the ballroom and it's a perfect pairing.Rooms: The studio unit is adorable and affordable for a quick solo getaway.Nearby activities: Turkey lake road has lots of great restaurants.Safety: Security everywhereWalkability: The parking garage has an elevator that gives access to every level in the hotel including the banquet space, perfect for families and large groups.Noteworthy details: Grande ballrooms for hosting beautiful events.
