Peter Ritchie: I switched my rental to Alamo after reading bad reviews of Avis. I didn't want the stress of car hire after a long flight from the UK. Alamo were great, we pre-registered so walked into the rental lot and they gave us the choice of just walking up to a car with the keys in it. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer we chose was in perfect condition and no trouble in the 2 weeks of rental. Smooth process on return too and all charges as expected.To be fair to Avis, other members of our party who hired from them had a good enough experience too.

Lidor Kupernik: the gentleman there said we could choose ANY car in which was parked in the SUV row. At that time he pointed to a minivan which was parked there and confirmed that we could use it at the exact same price at no extra cost which is exactly what we did as we had a double-stroller and two little ones with us. He even helped us by bringing the two child seats right to our car and the seats were in a nylon bag and very clean!! Car was fully gassed up and ready to go. Also, the Alamo is very conveniently located within the airport and super easy to find both while picking up and dropping off the vehicle. At drop off, a gentleman told us we could leave the car seats in the car and he would take care of everything else. He showed me the final price and made sure it sounded right. He asked if I gassed up the car and when I wanted to turn it back on to show him he said he believes me and took my word for it

Lisa M: I got a really good deal on a minivan rental through Alamo. First time renting at the Orlando airport and got my minivan really fast I checked in online and didn't have to go to the counter. Thank goodness I did the line at the Alamo counter was so long. When I went to pick out the minivan, they had a wide selection to choose from. Returning the vehicle was so easy too. Definitely be going with Alamo if I'm ever back in Orlando.

Rafael Grzimek: Very good experience. We booked a mid-size SUV and were able to choose between many different cars when we picked it up. We ended up with a seven-seater SUV.Unfortunately we had a flat tire in the meantime, but the tire change service was there in less than 10 minutes. We were then able to exchange for our own minivan without any problems.There were no problems when we dropped off the van. An additional service fee for changing tires has also been eliminated.

Andrew Pieszchala: . We originally ordered a Dodge Charger and he asked if it was just the two of us. When we said yes they upgraded us to the Challenger and it made the trip so much better.Once that was done we walked outside to a woman who gave us an iPad and told us we had to document any damage to the car. After we gave the pad back she offered reduced rates for parks and such. We politely declined cause we knew it was probably one of those Timeshare traps and she didn’t try to keep going with selling it.When we were done with our vacation we went back to the rental place, parked the car in Returns, gave the keys to a guy working there then got on the shuttle. Those people were also very friendly.Next time we will go through NU Car Rental again!

Michael Healey: This location services the Ford Dealer on site. The rental vehicle expense was covered under my Ford premium care extended warranty while my vehicle was being repaired. The rental vehicle was new and clean. Due to the volume of customers in the morning, you may have to wait on a list. Be sure you use the sign-in sheet if there are other customers waiting.

justin york: Best rental experience I’ve had in years! The shuttle service to and from airport was prompt. The driver was friendly, and professional. The counter attendant was just as friendly and professional. The car itself was very clean and provided quickly with a full tank of gas. Drop off was as seamless, professional, and efficient as pick up! 10 out of 10 service all the way around!

Tele Com: very dirty windshield and side doors windows when pick up! Looks like after washing in dirty muddy water. I have to pay a car wash to continue using the vehicle.

Kevin Williams: Payless really came in clutch. Expedia screwed me with some janky “advantage” rental car company who basically wouldn’t rent to me as a Florida resident so I had to scramble and Payless was there to save the day they had a vehicle, they made renting it easy and even suggested paying the extra bit for the toll pass since it was a heavily tolled area.

Pastelka Trnková: We booked the car through a third party. After reading the reviews on Google, I was really worried about how the booking would turn out. We arrived at terminal C on a on a delayed flight on Saturday night but decided to pick up the car at terminal A. We did well, everything went exactly as agreed, the man behind the desk Taoufiq was really very nice and helpful. We received the car we ordered and no extra fees were charged.
