Toolia Kamanya: We had such an experience, the management team was so amazing, they have made us felt so welcomed and special and went above and beyond, totally going back. I want to give a special shout out to my girl Demetra Yacalis, her hospitality is so amazing, it was like we were home, we were celebrating my friends birthday, they gave us champagne on the house, we really enjoyed our time there. Honestly we will be going back for our special celebrations, Demetra sweet heart thank you so much again, you are a super star and deserve a raise 😂.
Chris Nieves: Truthfully, I love this location. As a huge person of steak houses this particular capital grille does not disappoint. I came last week and again this week; Josiah is one of the best servers/bartenders I’ve ever had. He remembered my name both visits, made my experience feel very exclusive and even remembered what I drank. His attention to detail and care for clients is something that is a model to the industry. I sat at the bar so watching Bri P. kill it and serve drinks was pretty entertaining as well. Overall, this place is amazing and I highly recommend!

Jesse Demarco: Best one around. Seafood standard to the franchise. However, they have a waiter/bartender named George. I don't know how much they are paying my boi, but it's not enough. Joscelyn Smith: This was my second time here. I came while in town last night and manager Jay was awesome. He is the best. We didn't have to wait a long time for seating. It was 5 of us. 3 kids 2 adults. Place was clean. Food was good. Nothing was wrong with the order. Everything went well. I recommend asking for Jay he gets the job done and goes over the top 👏 👍. Will be back when I'm in town again.

Chris Ballard: This is the holy Grail of Golden corral it's the best location in Central Florida by far. Great table service great register service and the food management at the buffet is exemplary. I never had to wait for steak or shrimp like the other locations. They were very accommodating to our wheelchair situation. Nothing but great things to say about this Golden corral

Just A Comment: A really perfect place to eat or have a drink. It is a huge complex and also the largest hard rock cafe in the world with 2 floors and various rooms and of course a gift shop. In my opinion the food is not expensive, we had 2 main courses, separate side dishes and 2 drinks for about 60 dollars. the entertainment music and what the cafe looks like is a big 10.
Azaharin Abd Latiff: Located within the Universal Studio Boulevard outside the theme park as with many others establishments. Nicely located confronting a lake and opposite across a bright colourful scenic view of other cafes and restaurants. The landmark of Universal Studio rotating globe is within view.One of the Hard Rock establishment that does not just offers the Restaurant and Rock Shop, but also a Live Concert Hall in one place. Awesome view at night. Everything else seems consistently standard as any other Hard Rock cafes offers.Acceptable service and quality of foods. Nice atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. Step outside, a nice night scenic view with neon and LED lights across the lake. A good walk strolling the surrounding after dinner just bring out the mood…wonderful.Kid-friendliness: Friendly for kids

I thought this was a unique touch. I haven't seen this at any other hard rocks that I've been to.Our server was great and the food came quick. We were in and out in about 30 minutes even with it being extremely busy. We both got burgers and they were great! Super flavorful and a huge portion. Honestly, the best place we ate at CityWalk during our stay at a Universal Resort. Many of the other options were lacking in either service or food quality, but Hard Rock knocked it out of the park! Thanks for a great meal.

Jefferson Machado: I am finishing my dinner with my family at Oliver while I write this rewiew because the dinner was just amazing, this is my second time having dinner here and both the service and the food was amazing….about the food was very good, we had 6 Oz Sirloin with Fettuccine Alfredo, Tour of Italy and Fettuccine with meat balls, but about the service, in our first night a Venezuelan guy called Andres gave to us an amazing service in all the aspects, very friendly with my kids. And in our second time, Lali gave to us an experience higher than in the first night, she was simply awesome. If you like Italian food a great service and save money on the meals, this is your best choice.

Catherine Listash: I stopped going to Keke's after learning Denny's took over.. so it's been some time. Recently, I tried it again at their mall of millenia location. The food is still really good. The service at this location is honestly fantastic. Such attentive and kind staff. The kitchen and expo team really make sure your food gets to you fast and hot!! Katherine Malloy: Ashley at Yard House on Saturday night 4/27 was seriously the sweetest! The food had a bit of a delay because of a system issue, but she compensated our appetizer and made sure we were highly satisfied. Sweetest server on earth! Overall, we only waited 30 minutes for dinner on a Saturday and were able to enjoy a drink at a close bar nearby! This Yard House is the best I have ever been to! Thank you Orlando ❤️
Slab Savage: that I had a seafood allergy and she was super nice as well as on top of it and told me what I should stay away from. Also, the kitchen manager had came out to talk to me and to make sure that I wouldn’t get sick from the food items. I truly wish we had that serve at every restaurant.
