I need to figure out how my review got moved from a cafe that closwd out of business to this place here. My original review of the CAFE is below:So sad to find out this placed closed. Haven't been to this place in a while so thought to pop on google and check out the hours. I've been going to this place every couple months with my wife since we moved down to the Orlando area 2 years ago. My first time trying arepas was in Miami. Since then, I've tried several other places and this little gem had the most chill and genuine vibe with the most delicious and beautifully prepared arepas dishes I've ever seen. The ingredient quality was high, the price was low, and the staff always treated us nice -- even though Spanish isn't our native language -- always felt welcomed there. What made this place shine on top of those other qualities mentioned was that they had two styles: Colombian and Venezuelan arepas -- and depending on which style you ordered -- it was very distinct and all VERY good. Why is it when I find a place I really like it closes down?? I saw the most recent reviews about the service going downhill and that's a shame -- seems like something internal happened. My experience was nothing like that, though. I'm really heartbroken this place closed and hope whoever was making those amazing dishes will someday resurface back onto the food scene.

Jeder war immer aufmerksam und bereit, den Tisch abzuräumen oder zusätzliche Servietten, Besteck und alles, was wir gerade brauchten, zu geben.Drina war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre, man wird nicht gehetzt. Der Manager kommt sogar vorbei, um einen Wellness-Check durchzuführen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie eine tolle Zeit haben, das Essen zubereitet und alles großartig ist. Arnetta Lane: Sadly I didn't take many pictures but I've been here so many times. Its such a wonderful place. Amazing atmosphere and it's in a great location. My only problem is they add auto-gratuity to everything. Even if you order one drink, there's like an 18% 20 percent gratuity added 😑 You don't even notice until after you pay. Julia Egan: Source, service, & style are the key elements of Kress's Chophouse concept & they delivered on all three. Housed in a historic landmark I was intrigued by my husband's suggestion that we make a reservation. We chose Elk Cove & Wagyu Carpaccio to start. I was intrigued by the Oregon vineyards offering & it didn't disappoint. The presentation & flavor of the Snake River Farms hors d'oeuvre was a delightful introduction of what was to come. We chose from the creative & classic grouping with a mixed grill & filet Wellington. We were both pleased with our choices regarding their presentation & flavor. For dessert we shared a Key Lime strawberry cheesecake which was a lovely ending to a delightful evening.
Fatlittlefrog: Best steakhouse in Orlando period. Been here twice and everytime it has impressed me with their amazing service knowledgeable staff that are able to converse and give amazing recommendations/ pairings. The food is second to none in the area, any of the steaks are on my death row final meal requests it’s surmounted other high end restaurants in quality presentation and price I always walk out more than pleased and excited to come back can’t say enough about this amazing establishment absolutely drive out of your way to treat yourself to this absolute blessing of a restaurant. Plenty of great vegan options as well if you swing that way ♥️

bajan boi: I don't like going to any restaurant within an hour of closing. But our reservations were for 10pm & they closed @ 11pm. They book late appointments and they don't rush you at all. The food was a little different for me but it was delicious. I will be returning & i highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian but my daughters are and they LOVE Kres Chophouse!

Neicey Williams: I couldn't be more taken back by how beautiful this restaurant was. This is second by the attention to details from the greeting at the door to the goodbye sentiments. The food, and personalization from the chef himself is extraordinary. The array of wines and alcohol is very impressive for such a quaint restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we scheduled our next visit three weeks later. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Joe Mouad: Food and attention from servers second to none in Orlando, it can't be beat. My only gripe, we like to eat early, we arrived at 6 and weren't served our entrees until 830pm. I feel like they intentionally drag the experience out so they can do appetizers for the restaurant at the same time, then salads, then everyone's dinners. I would go back for a special occasion, but not for a regular night, I don't enjoy sitting anywhere for three hours.

Graham Walsh: for dinner. Don't be put off by the outside, the staff and food do the talking! It's also walking distance if you are staying at the DoubleTree Hilton too. We walked in and they made us a table for 8 people without a booking, just had to wait a few minutes. Marie Ramos: Wonderful dining experience at The Palm! The pace of service was great, did not feel rushed but always felt attended. My husband and I enjoyed a simple Caesar salad and we each had our favorite cuts of steak. Overall a wonderful experience, will be back! We appreciate that they validate valet.

Joscelyn Smith: This was my second time here. I came while in town last night and manager Jay was awesome. He is the best. We didn't have to wait a long time for seating. It was 5 of us. 3 kids 2 adults. Place was clean. Food was good. Nothing was wrong with the order. Everything went well. I recommend asking for Jay he gets the job done and goes over the top 👏 👍. Jeffersons List: It's not by mistake this Hillstone location is always busy. When you account for service, ambiance & food/drink quality they are firing 🔥 on all cylinders. We had a quick lunch @ the bar consisting of Spicy chili, Spinach dip & Smoked Salmon apps. We split the Ribs for entree course & fries & coleslaw for sides followed by Apple cobbler for dessert. You've heard it said location, location, location about businesses & it could not be more true as this Hillstone sits on a beautiful lake with nice outdoor seating!

The restaurant overall is super clean, classy and elegant. The view to the lake is amazing. May I add that once you’re done with dinner you can take your wine and glass or drinks over to the dock for a beautiful sunrise or sunset. The food is always on point. You will not be disappointed. Their menu has a pretty good selection. Love this place weather for breakfast, brunch lunch or dinner or even just a few drinks by the bar. Always great conversations with locals.

Jefferson Machado: I am finishing my dinner with my family at Oliver while I write this rewiew because the dinner was just amazing, this is my second time having dinner here and both the service and the food was amazing….about the food was very good, we had 6 Oz Sirloin with Fettuccine Alfredo, Tour of Italy and Fettuccine with meat balls, but about the service, in our first night a Venezuelan guy called Andres gave to us an amazing service in all the aspects, very friendly with my kids. And in our second time, Lali gave to us an experience higher than in the first night, she was simply awesome. If you like Italian food a great service and save money on the meals, this is your best choice.

Steven Tillman: Parking was a nightmare. Lobby was a nightmare. Dining room is open and loud. But if you can get past that and international drive, Copper’s Hawk is an amazing restaurant. Apparently all their wines come from Chicago. The food and wine are tremendously excellent. It’s a great place for a date night or a group outing. I really wish there was one in my part of town.

Lisa Golden: I gave 1 star on food due to the presentation of the food, I didn't like the way the vegetables were chopped up under the meat. There were all different sizes it just didn't match the price of the dish.The service from our server was good, but the young lady with the glasses at the check in counter, was preoccupied with the screen in front of her, we gave the name on reservation she never looked up at us. We asked if we could get our wine bottles from the club at our table, she said yes. We asked the server who apologized and said no, we had to get wines at the bar area. I have visited this chain in 5 different locations in addition to this one, and it's the first time I've had a complaint.
Katelyn Townsend: I come here often and I absolutely love this restaurant. Food and wine are always amazing. The last 2 times I came, which was within 1-2 months , the service I experienced was not the normal I'm used to from this place. Not sure what happened but my table got the bad end of it. I was sitting outside both times. Other than that, this is my go to place.
