Kimberly: We have been hearing about this place for awhile now so we made reservations and decided to try it for ourselves.The decorations and atmosphere were cozy. We liked the set up. Drinks were good and deserts were good. I didn’t feel that anything about the food or drinks was “better than sex” and thought there would be more of a selection. They were out of a few desserts and so we settled for what was available. Overall it was fun to go and see it and say we went but maybe it was hyped a little more than it should be.Maybe. Don’t take my word for it. Go see for yourself because it is a cool place.
Maria Jimenez: As a bucket list item, this was definitely worth trying! From the minute you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed to a nice, romantic ambiance. The servers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable which made our visit comfortable. The drinks and desserts were out of this world! If you want something unique to explore, this is definitely the place!

Our waiter was absolutely adorable and sweet he even noticed my husbands military ID when we were paying and stopped to ask if we were military and gave us a discount which was so very assiduous and kind. You can tell he enjoys his job and he is a Gem, I wish I got his name. Okay on to the food, I tried the oreo bread pudding and it was absolutely delicious. My husband also enjoyed his red velvet cheesecake and the presentation was everything.For drinks we ordered the lucky shot for me and the rimmed coffee for my husband. My drink was so delicious and so was his coffee. My only complaint is that there aren't really any true cocktails, just shot sized "cocktails", delicious all the same!We will be bringing friends here for sure!
anthony lombardi: Destiny made our night very special so the service was top notch. The only con is they don't really have a waiting area and our reservation was a little behind. They sat us in the area in the back by the bathroom and we had to keep moving everytime someone walked by. Be aware it's very dark in there too. Not an issue but it's very very dark. I dropped about 80$ with tip for 2 people and we don't drink. Thanks again to Destiny.

Legacy Marshall: , Tbh parking was an adventure due to the fact that it was a Saturday night and we had to make a 11pm reservation due to the size of the party, there was no street parking or parking garage even remotely close to the establishment. All that being said, we where blown away with this place! And the parking Fiasco was well worth it! After a beautiful afternoon out in Orlando with friends this was the perfect nightcap! Ella Wood: Definitely the best Szechuan food in Orlando! Outstanding mapo tofu & cumin lamb - I always want to try new things there but then it's so hard to resist getting these over and over. Love the twice cooked pork, dry fried green beans, and dumplings. Got the mouthwatering chicken once and was surprised it was cold but it sure was mouthwatering. Everything I've had here is at least solid, but if you're looking for Szechuan this is hands down the place to go!
Frank LoPresti: I ordered the Chicken with Vegetables and Scallion Pancakes and Hot and Sour Soup. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to eat the leftovers. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want great food and wonderful service at a good price. I know I will be back again soon. Thank you to our server. Pork buns and dumplings as well delicious definitely recommend for any one looking for a chill relax vibe family friendly. Emmanuel Rodriguez: I always enjoy eating at Fleming's. I've visited the Sand Lake location once and the Winter Park location 3 times. Both are wonderful, I just feel a little less crowded and more intimate at the Winter Park location. The steak is always perfect, and the servers are always very knowledgeable and attentive. The Chilean Sea Bass was delicious as well. The only inconvenience we had was that a side dish was brought out and not what we ordered, but the server took it off the bill as we didn't touch it. We have brought guests with us on two occasions, and both couples have enjoyed their visits. This is one place you can't go wrong with whether you are hosting others or if you are taking your significant other to a romantic and delicious meal.
Esteban cordero: Came here twice now! Tuesdays special is worth it! Reduced price for a dinner for two special. The bone-in Tamahawk steak 🍖 is 😋 perfectly juicy and savory. The staff is on point and very helpful. Let me taste their variety of salts and steak butters. Went on a first-time date with my new boyfriend and again for my birthday, and both times was a spectacle. Jared was fantastic assisting our take and introducing himself immediately. The female manager was very helpful as well she explained a bit of the restaurant and everything they had to offer to enhance our dining experience. Beautiful ambiance, perfect service, highly recommended for that special day!

Victoria Black: This place was amazing. Even with the refurbishment happening, I did not feel like we lost out on anything. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff just amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All the little touches were amazing, from the singers at Mama Dellas to the serenade in the lobby. All the whimsical astethics around the entire resort and the beach pool, everything was very well put together and amazing. My kids loved the water slide at the pool. My very picky eaters loved Mama Dellas so much they requested to eat there twice and then we ate at the pool and they didn't know which they liked better. The Gelatos were so good, almost as good as what my Nonna used to make. What really set us up for wanting to return though was honestly the staff and how caring the entire staff was. From the bellman to the valet, to the maids and front desk and every server at the restaurant and even your life guards, every single employee we encountered were absolutely lovely people. My husband has never once definitively said he wanted to return to a single resort we ever stayed at. But as we were packing up the room he said to me, "hey our anniversary in June, do you want to come back here?" So don't be surprised to see us again in June. Either way, we will return again. We are annual pass holders and Florida residents so we come down to Orlando often. This will most likely be our place to stay when we come.Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and I loved how cool I could make the room.Food & drinks: The food was delicious and well made. Mama Dellas was our favorite. The Gelatos were delicious, creamy, and very refreshing.

No plans of returning until it is completed.
Victoria: , so driving into property to discover scaffolding EVERYWHERE, was kind of a downer.However, Jake at the front desk was lovely, and gave us a room that still had a beautiful view, and even sent us wine and strawberries to celebrate our anniversary. He made our stay magic. Big thanks to him. I would very much like to return another time, however this kind of trip is a luxury we cannot afford more than once a decade or so. In short; nice staff, clean and tidy, but kinda iffy on information.

G M: My server spoke Spanish and that fascinated us to understand the menu
Kyle Lambert: Went earlier in the evening and had no problems getting a table without a reservation. The chimichuri chicken was delicious though a little dry. The veggies were meant to al'dente but were very tough to cut because they were under done. Rice was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Drinks were good and strong, just like I was hoping for!
Gary Heflin: Loved it. So it's in a high traffic area so make a reservation and expect to be seated a little after your time. With that being said we had a great time. We did not get seated in the main restaurant but instead a Patio area. This was fine as it had separate live music playing, and service was just as good.Of course we had Cheeseburger in Paradise, but they had a great selection on the menu. Kids enjoyed their kids meal too. Great margaritas as you would expect from here!So happy we got to enjoy it and got some souvenirs from the gift shop. Enjoyed the Jimmy Buffet playing outside while we were waiting as well!

Just A Comment: A really perfect place to eat or have a drink. It is a huge complex and also the largest hard rock cafe in the world with 2 floors and various rooms and of course a gift shop. In my opinion the food is not expensive, we had 2 main courses, separate side dishes and 2 drinks for about 60 dollars. the entertainment music and what the cafe looks like is a big 10.
Azaharin Abd Latiff: Located within the Universal Studio Boulevard outside the theme park as with many others establishments. Nicely located confronting a lake and opposite across a bright colourful scenic view of other cafes and restaurants. The landmark of Universal Studio rotating globe is within view.One of the Hard Rock establishment that does not just offers the Restaurant and Rock Shop, but also a Live Concert Hall in one place. Awesome view at night. Everything else seems consistently standard as any other Hard Rock cafes offers.Acceptable service and quality of foods. Nice atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. Step outside, a nice night scenic view with neon and LED lights across the lake. A good walk strolling the surrounding after dinner just bring out the mood…wonderful.Kid-friendliness: Friendly for kids

I thought this was a unique touch. I haven't seen this at any other hard rocks that I've been to.Our server was great and the food came quick. We were in and out in about 30 minutes even with it being extremely busy. We both got burgers and they were great! Super flavorful and a huge portion. Honestly, the best place we ate at CityWalk during our stay at a Universal Resort. Many of the other options were lacking in either service or food quality, but Hard Rock knocked it out of the park! Thanks for a great meal.

Lauren Vaneck: I stayed here for a solo trip to Disney. I got a king room and had a very nice stay. I loved that the shower didn’t have a tub and was an actual shower, the “rain” shower head was a nice touch. The shower was super clean . The bed was super comfortable including the pillows.There was a few small things. There was a small hole in the sheets and a couple of stains on the walls behind where the garbage can was. The beautiful sofa also had some stains and could use a deep clean. But overall the little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.I would recommend this hotel and for the price I definitely felt like it was a great deal.

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!
Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.
Bri Marbais: I recently planned a networking event for the Central Florida wedding industry at Castle Hotel and it was such an amazing experience! Amanda Palmer was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Food was phenomenal and the Caribbean atmosphere set the right mood.Nearby activities: Our excursion shuttle bus stop was within walking distance at Royal Pacific.Food & drinks: Never had a bad meal or drink at the many Sapphire Falls restaurants.
David: is a huge deal for me. I am forced to find other solutions like going to the grocery store and bring my own food, walk to the other resorts, etc. It does affect the experience overall, so to me this lowers the value of this resort significantly.In my opinion, they have something great with this resort and its a great step up from the lower tiers. They however need to fix the daily cost of living there

Johan Colon: Is the second time visiting one and I like It. You can find a multilevel go-kart. The go-karts are single o double, depending on your preference. Two Rollercoaster 🎢, one of them are wooded rails. The parking lot is available for free. There is a guy at entrance registering all bags and people who enter the facility. In this particular place you have a water park for kids.

There is also a complimentary continental breakfast from 6-10a.m. with a good selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, granola bars, and some microwaveable breakfast items like chicken biscuit sandwiches.The room itself was a bit small, so I don't know that I would want to stay here for more than one or two nights at a time, but it was perfect for our one-night stay. We were able to walk to the Kia Center, which was just over a mile away from the hotel.Free parking onsite was also a nice perk. Be aware that the parking lot is pretty small, so you may or may not be able to find a spot depending on when you arrive. There is street parking around the area and I believe I saw a couple of paid parking lots/garages nearby as well, if you cannot find a spot in their parking lot.
Allen Walker: A surprisingly serene hotel in downtown Orlando.. Welcome/reception service is superb .The room was clean and nice. And then the environment was convivial. I would definitely come back again! Overall, everything went well!

marcelino Velazquez: The hard Rock hotel it was so nice The room was so nice and that pool was amazing the bar next to it it's so close to universal studio you really can walk to it but they have tiki boat to get to it but it's so close you really don't need it..Rooms: The rooms are nice and big beautiful view by the gardenNearby activities: Can go by CityWalk and go to the clubs or restaurants and have a good time..Safety: Safe to walk a night time to have plenty lights welcome back to the hotel at 10:00 the closer gate you keep on it coming we're here hotel key card so it's pretty safeWalkability: You can walk down to universal studio in a minute it seems like you're in the backyard or universal student so close..Food & drinks: The restaurant kitchen is very nice The food was good and the dessert.
Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!

Doug Bonestroo: Overall, a nice place but definitely not a top tier Marriott property. Big rooms, fairly old, can hear your neighbors through the walls and no way to control the fan on the AC to block out the noise. Great walking and running path around the pond across the street - 3/10 of a mile per lap.Walkability: There is a nice pond across the street with a sidewalk circling it. Slightly over 3/10 of a mile per lap - like .305.
Karen Sweeney: Less than 10 mins drive to airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait too long for the Shuttle even though it was super late at night. Also Shuttle on time back to the airport. The night Front desk staff was very pleasant and professionally upon my arrival late night..The room was clean, very clean.. Quite comfortable, nice living room area and bedroom off that. Nicely appointed room. Complimentary bottle of water in the room , and other bottled water options for a cost for convenience. Nice bath amenities. Highly recommended for a reasonable price.

Christine Mascarelli: This hotel was great for our last minute stay. Price was a little high but they have a 24/7 airport shuttle which was extremely clean. All of the workers we interacted with were very pleasant. Breakfast not included in all rates and is $18 for the hot breakfast buffet and $14 for the not hot buffet. Cannot speak of the area because we just used it to sleep.
