flora: SeaWorld was pretty fun! Loved the aquariums/underwater views and the shows. Problem is, the animal attractions are pretty far apart. The place is full of stores and consists mainly of thrills and rides. The aquariums are farther apart from each other and it takes a while to get there. It’s not the park I envisioned, but it’s alright. However, it does have a gorgeous scenery.SeaWorld is like a mix between an aquarium and a theme park. Combined with sea animals up for show, it’s perfect for those who adore sea creatures whilst also wanting to seek thrills.

Tee Jay: Went for a resort day pass 1st and foremost Matteo was an amazing host! He was on point allllll day! His energy and professionalism was off the charts. The amenities were just as described. We had an amazing time. Only issue is I wish they told me parking was free before I paid to park across the street. My advice pull up check in and then go to the Hilton parking garage. We made lots of new friends in the adult area and my kid had an awesome time in the main area. Almost bought a cabana but glad I didnt there was plenty of seating all over. Will definitely come back to this resort

Mindy Devine: Love it here for the kids to play and we enjoyed it! Just wish there was more security for the Adult Pool area. All 4 days we've been here there have been children, teens, and pre-teens in the hot tubs and pool. Even little ones like 3-5 yr olds. Not sure if the parents are breaking the rules or just not watching their kids but I'd hate for something to happen to them and the hotel incur legal issues. But otherwise no complaints!

I like to give a shot out to our server Terry and Shaun the cabana and lazy river coordinator. It was my nephew Giovanni birthday 🎂 they made a point of making my nephew feel special. Alan Leach: The Hilton Orlando has been providing excellent service for the past 2 years for me. The facilities are clean and can accommodate a large number of guests. The pool facility has separate areas for children and adults, along with a great bar area. Would definitely recommend this facility for either a vacation stay or business conference!

Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

Christopher A: This is an absolutely amazing hotel. This place is massive. 1641 hotel rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room was tidied up daily. I was here as part of a convention. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.

This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

Caitlyn Welch: Do not call the reservation people for the hotel to book a room. Those people have no idea what they are doing. I booked a room with them and when I got to the hotel, they couldn’t find my reservation at all. After some back and forth with them, Mario, the gentleman at the front desk helped me get another room and took care of me. If I could give Mario a review for his customer service skills, I would give him 10 stars.He was patient, especially after I explained the situation and having been a bit snippy at first. But he was able to resolve issues he did not create. Thank you Mario for an amazing birthday weekend when I thought it was gonna be horrible. Will be back to this hotel for all my stays in Orlando.

M Taylor: I am a regular Marriott Bonvoy client and this was my first Element hotel. I was in a 2 room suite but the rooms are tiny and oddly dark. The furniture feels like a discount hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the lobby area was a much more elevated experience. The hotel is located in a great area for walking to a ton of restaurants and nightlife. We did not have a car and enjoyed several restaurants/bars in a single evening. I give 4 stars when I would plan to stay again if I am in the area but not identify it as one of my favorite places.

Utensils, skillet, sauce pan, mixing bowls and silverware for four.Beds were comfortable and fresh towels were delivered every 3 days.Pool and jacuzzi clean and property was very quiet.Close to many restaurants and entertainment.Shuttle to universal picked up in front of hotel and was easy and convenient.
