When I spoke to Luigie he was nice enough to hear my issues with my car and give me a guess of what could or may need to repair my car and a range amount of what it could cost. I then took my car in for the first time today and he knew it was me that spoke to him on the phone as soon as I walked in his shop. He greeted me with a warm smile. He was able to give me a free diagnosis and a very good price. I can tell he was very passionate and patient with finding me the best deal on the part to my car that needed to be replaced. He also gave me some pointers on how to care for my car moving forward so that I can avoid any further damages to my car. I can tell he wants to work with his customers!
