Ben B: I went here today for my first every visit and had a wonderful experience. The staff was more than helpful. I wanted to make some Halloween bracelets and I was amazed by the vast selection of beads. After explaining exactly what I was looking for I helped to select a nice combination of beads and was even instructed on how to make a beaded bracelet. I can't say enough how top notch the customer service was. I will definitely be visiting again!

This store blew me away with the variety of beads, metals, findings and more. The woman who assisted me was so kind and helpful, and treated me like she knew me forever!! Gary Grimsley: we were recommended to come in and see DESTINY. when we walked in and we let her know someone else recommended her it was clear why. the best experience ever! very helpful and energetic we didn't feel rushed at all. I will say she is a busy lady so if you go think about it and have to come back she gives the full experience to everyone so get back in line lol we waited 1.5 hours just to have her help us again we purchased mens belt and a high rise crossbody. after making it home I seen another belt that was restocked and she helped me process the sale after a few days later. for the entire store be patient everyone wants there experience the same as you or make an appointment.

He tailored the experience to what I had mentioned I liked and then helped me decide on a pair of sunglasses. He even wrapped up my sunglass box in a bow.
