M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

At the time it was not operating due to renovations.✓ Location with heated pool and pleasant leisure area.✓ Rooms with air conditioning, good beds, good sheets and excellent towels. Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

He made the process very easy and everything went very smoothly. Great vehicle, customer service, and return process.
Peter Ritchie: I switched my rental to Alamo after reading bad reviews of Avis. I didn't want the stress of car hire after a long flight from the UK. Alamo were great, we pre-registered so walked into the rental lot and they gave us the choice of just walking up to a car with the keys in it. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer we chose was in perfect condition and no trouble in the 2 weeks of rental. Smooth process on return too and all charges as expected.To be fair to Avis, other members of our party who hired from them had a good enough experience too.

The agent quickly got me on my way, and I was greeted by another attendant at the bottom of the escalator who walked me to my car. Felt like a VIP. The return was seamless as well. Lidor Kupernik: the gentleman there said we could choose ANY car in which was parked in the SUV row. At that time he pointed to a minivan which was parked there and confirmed that we could use it at the exact same price at no extra cost which is exactly what we did as we had a double-stroller and two little ones with us. He even helped us by bringing the two child seats right to our car and the seats were in a nylon bag and very clean!! Car was fully gassed up and ready to go. Also, the Alamo is very conveniently located within the airport and super easy to find both while picking up and dropping off the vehicle. At drop off, a gentleman told us we could leave the car seats in the car and he would take care of everything else. He showed me the final price and made sure it sounded right. He asked if I gassed up the car and when I wanted to turn it back on to show him he said he believes me and took my word for it

Lisa M: I got a really good deal on a minivan rental through Alamo. First time renting at the Orlando airport and got my minivan really fast I checked in online and didn't have to go to the counter. Thank goodness I did the line at the Alamo counter was so long. When I went to pick out the minivan, they had a wide selection to choose from. Returning the vehicle was so easy too. Definitely be going with Alamo if I'm ever back in Orlando.

Rafael Grzimek: Very good experience. We booked a mid-size SUV and were able to choose between many different cars when we picked it up. We ended up with a seven-seater SUV.Unfortunately we had a flat tire in the meantime, but the tire change service was there in less than 10 minutes. We were then able to exchange for our own minivan without any problems.There were no problems when we dropped off the van. An additional service fee for changing tires has also been eliminated.

The aisle with the shops stays open late.Parking at $32 per car.We had purchased our tickets via our bank's application in advance and got 8% back in cashback, which is not insignificant given the price of the tickets.

Rayquan Harris: We stayed here Friday to Monday on vacation10 hours away and it was a wonderful experience. This is the best resort hands down I’ve ever stayed at. There’s no resort out there that I know of that includes a whole full water park included in your stay the whole time you are there which saves you a lot of money. Our room was really clean and the staff were awesome. They had 24/8 security officers walking around. I really felt very protected and also the vibes were awesome all around the resort. Parking wasn’t bad for $21 your whole stay which is very cheap according to other places were parking is $15 per night. Man the staff were awesome and I love that they have about 10 lifeguards on duty at all times as well as live dj playing music . Food was very tasty and delicious all over the resort . I will definitely make this my new home and I will be visiting a lot more as we come to Florida. You can’t beat it it’s the best deal in the heart of intentional Blvd we’re you can walk to any and everything without a vehicle. If u need a place to stay and don’t want to drive please stay here it’s your best option for a great price as well as very convenient and everything is literally 3 steps away from the resort. THANK YALL SO MUCH IM VERY IMPRESSED.Rooms: Nice and clean and very comfortable.Nearby activities: Everything is literallyAcross the street walking distanceSafety: They have about 5 security guards 24/8Walkability: Walk any and everywhere on international blvdFood & drinks: Food and drinks were delicious

We walked to a variety of places and the room was clean.The food was pretty good and the drinks were ok, a bit high on pricing at the bar. The grill had movies plating for the kids and the breakfast was decent.The room was a bit dated, the tv cabinet had a loose hinge but it was clean! We would and most likely will stay againWalkability: Great location! We walked to the epic McDonald’s, Dennys, gator golf, CiCis pizza and had plenty of other options close by!Food & drinks: The burgers were great! The pizza wasn’t the best.Bar drinks were Disney priced and the beer was poured from a can.
Abx Isxacs: I really loved our time at the hotel, we had some issues when we first checked in but these were resolved within 30 minutes it that, the staff were so helpful and really friendly, the room is just what you need spacious and comfortable enough to stay in for a long stay. The outdoor pool is also wonderful after a long day in the sun. Really good location and the shuttle bus from the hotel toUniversal was a life saver
Priscilla Chen: Our stay was from April 22- 25 of 2024. The front desk assistant Fidelia was AMAZINGLY nice, sweet and attentive! All of the staff members were courteous and helpful. The pool and water park were clean and the staff were also attentive. The room itself was okay. The floors had stains and the doors to the other rooms were thin, I could hear everyone's conversation. We opened the shared door and there were mold stains. We were here on vacation for the theme parks and really needed a decent place to sleep. It served that purpose and having access to the pool, water park, and free shuttle to the theme parks were def worth it.

It was truly a pleasure to meet people committed to their work. Minerva, thank you. Truly, thank you very much for the gift of making my stay wonderful and continued with Laly, she made the birthday the best !! The Yeti Net Media: Hotel is VERY dated but very clean, staff are always eager to help with nothing being a problem. Would personally recommend the 2 minute walk to wallgreens to get drinks and snacks as onsite is pricy as expectedRooms: Very dated but clean and functional

Lots of modern conveniences and cool features. Plenty of outlets for devices. Motion sensors that turn on lights under the bed for nighttime navigation. Flexible reading lights attached to the headboard. The beds are firm but comfortable. Huge flat screen TV. Bathroom is small but adequate. In room safe and fridge. All with cool styling.Overall, we’re very comfortable and thrilled with the convenience.

kevin mungroo: Great location for visiting the parks. I didn't use the walking path but hotel staff indicated it was about a 15-20 min walk. Busses were one after the other at peak morning periods so even though the line got very long wait time was manageable. Staff was very helpful and the the 2 pools were great for our family! The sand really made it feel like a beach. 1 pool had a slide and 1 pool a lazy river so lots of options.Rooms: Very clean and spacious with ample storage.Walkability: Resort is large so depending on which building you are located in you may have a bit of a walk to the foodcourt or lobby and bus stop. 2 pools are on opposite sides of the resort so you dont have to go far for this.Food & drinks: Food court options were ample. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, grilled food plus omlets, waffles, pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs for brealfast.

Yoline Williams: I have always had great experiences with National Car Rental. I travel a few times a month. This trip, I arrived at the car rental at JFK airport, went to National Car Rental, was heading to the Emerald club aisle and was very rudely stopped by a man that stated he needed to see my confirmation. I tried to tell him confirmation number - at which time he told me that he had no use for my confirmation number -- he needed to see an email with a car on it..... I have never been asked for this before. I opened my phone to log into email to find confirmation email -- his next comment to the person behind me was that he could help her "because this lady isn't ready..." He then went on to help someone else but on his way he told another lady that walked up -- "you can help her when she gets ready" The other lady asked if there was a problem. I told her I was confirmed and simply wanted to go get my car at Emerald Aisle. she pointed me to the aisle, I got my car and then proceeded to the very nice gentleman who took my ID at the gate and verified everything. The first person was awful. The other two were wonderful.

Christopher Albergo: National is now my no 1 pick for rental car companies. The best cars to choose from. My only problem was the hours are between 6am - midnight. I had an early flight out of LGA. 6:30am. To give myself enough time to get through security I wanted to drop off the car at 4:30am. I knew that it was okay to drop off the car between hours but what’s not mentioned on the website is that there is a shuttle available to drop you off at the terminal.

flora: SeaWorld was pretty fun! Loved the aquariums/underwater views and the shows. Problem is, the animal attractions are pretty far apart. The place is full of stores and consists mainly of thrills and rides. The aquariums are farther apart from each other and it takes a while to get there. It’s not the park I envisioned, but it’s alright. However, it does have a gorgeous scenery.SeaWorld is like a mix between an aquarium and a theme park. Combined with sea animals up for show, it’s perfect for those who adore sea creatures whilst also wanting to seek thrills.

Ana Gomes Silva: One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Orlando. Excellent location. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a 24-hour convenience store, a large reception with quick check-in, a sales point and information about Universal Studios inside the hotel, a souvenir shop, a bar and an area to sit and have a beer, a juice or a soft drink, even a coffee. Large pool with a large area and several sun loungers for sunbathing. Large room with 2 double beds, large wardrobe, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, large bathtub and very good shower. I highly recommend it.
sarah baker: Very good value for money, basic rooms but cleaned daily and done the job, great location for restaurants and shops and bus to universal very handy in themornings but can be full coming back so we got a taxi back, cost 15 to 20 dollars .Buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful.Burger in the bar was delicious .

The location was also phenomenal, with easy access to the theme parks, like Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. It is also within walking distance from the shops, dining, and attractions of International Drive. All in all, I'd certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly, yet reputable, stay in the Orlando area.

At reasonable pricing with three smaller pools and lots of parking with Breakfast and Dinner Buffet everyday with bar and convenience store- open 24 hours on same location!! Can’t beat that if you need comfortable reasonable priced family vacation place. They have busses to Orlando attractions check with front desk.
Doug Larsen: The room was okay but nothing great. The check in staff was fast and friendly. The housekeeping people are terrific. The location is amazingly close to a strip of restaurants across the street and very close to the convention center. Parking was free.Walkability: Many chain Restaurants are across the street and an easy short walk.

flora: Best 👏 Hotel 👏 Ever 👏The lobby was so cozy and beautiful and there was so much activities to do there. The pool was clean and super spacious. The spa was so refreshing and at the perfect temperature. The room was so comfy and had a gorgeous gorgeous view of the outside. Service was great too! They were all so patient and nice. The only “negative” thing was that the shower was always too hot. I don’t know if it’s just 315 or not, but I can’t seem to turn the heat down, not even a bit. Still though, the hotel rules!!
Samantha McMillan: This hotel is my favorite place to stay while in Orlando. The rooms are clean though sometimes it is hard to open the door to the room as it feels heavy. The elevators are a little iffy as they make sounds that are loud whenever you are waiting. I love staying in the rooms with a Universal View or the view of MCO. I will continue to return to this hotel.

jessica Ram: Rooms where very clean. The vlankets do need to be thrown away and new bought. We where in a non smoking room and the blankets had huge cigarette burn marks and holes all over them. The a/c worked awesome, kept room nice and cold. They need updated for the price but overall we had a wonderful night. It was quiet and calm. Friendly people and staff. We would go ba knife need be.
