M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

At the time it was not operating due to renovations.✓ Location with heated pool and pleasant leisure area.✓ Rooms with air conditioning, good beds, good sheets and excellent towels. Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

GRAZI: We're still at the hotel. Today enjoying the pool after a tiring day at the park. The hotel has everything we need to have a great time in Orlando. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast, attentive people who treated us very well. Especially the affection of the maids. We are very close to Universal and good shopping. My daughter and I love it and recommend it.

Regina Di meola: What can I say.. we were planning a cheap trip to Universal and Disney. As the park tickets are quite expensive, we did not want to exceed our prices as regards food and hotel. This place was a 10/10. Not only the price is unbelievable, we only paid $115 for 4 nights, but also the beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very wide and the shower water came out perfectly fine. What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park. Well, actually, the best part is the breakfast. As the price was very low, we expected a cheaper breakfast, but the waffles and the orange juice were amazing. Plus, the staff was really nice and friendly.If I come back to Orlando, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again.

Melinda Love: This was our first trip here and we enjoyed every bit of it. The staff greeted us with smiles and were so happy and friendly. Everyone was super nice!!! We loved our suite. Everything was nice and clean. One of the staff members gave us a few recommendations of things to do with our kids and the kids loved all of it!!!! The pool was great, we utilized the grill they have too. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Cindy Prevost: It is very well maintained and very clean. The suites are just as shown in the pictures. They are stocked with all the items you need for your stay, including laundry detergent, washer dryer, dishwasher detergent, pots & pans, silverware, toaster etc. the pool area is very nice and so well maintained. The pool is large enough for kids to splash around without adults being impacted. They don’t have normal housekeeping daily but you can text or call for anything you need. Overall an amazing place to stay! Just minutes from Universal.
Samuel Shiao: This is a fantastic location near MCO and Universal for weekend visitors, where you can experience a vibrant and tropical stay for a reasonable price. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the amenities enjoyable - take a rest in the pool or hot tub, or enjoy an evening in the arcade. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-kept, with the only real issues being thin walls and lower quality beds. Would definitely stay here again, and certainly recommend for families looking for both comfort and budget-friendly hotels.
IAmBoon: Our family had a wonderful week at Westgate, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The views added an extra layer of charm from the moment we checked in until we left. Westgate's dedication to prompt service, particularly the timely provision of towels and trash removal, was admirable.Our only challenge, however, was sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa mattress was not comfortable, so I had to relocate to the room I shared with my siblings. While this solution sacrificed some privacy, the hotel's overall cleanliness and the convenience of preparing our own meals made up for the inconvenience.Westgate stands out as an exceptional destination, with a well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5.
Roberts Lifestyle: . The room was immaculate. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom upgraded suites. It was nicely furnished, both bedrooms were large and had its own bathroom attached. The beds were comfortable. The unit was equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen appliances. The pool was heated. The hot tub was larger and appeared to be able to host 8-10 people comfortably. I definitely would recommend this place for an extended stay. The front desk service was A1. The building was secure with key card access only. We stayed on the 18th floor in building B. The room was nice with a city view. The resort has a restaurant although we didn’t try it. I don’t remember seeing a bar. The only drawback from this resort is the parking is tricky in the evening. They did provide a late night shuttle to the over flow parking which is a block or two away. The shuttle did run every few minutes so there was not much of a wait.Rooms: The room we booked was the upgraded suite. Nice and spacious.Safety: Key card access and 24 hour security.Walkability: Not sure if the resort is in walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. But everything is a short drive or Uber ride away.

jessica Ram: Rooms where very clean. The vlankets do need to be thrown away and new bought. We where in a non smoking room and the blankets had huge cigarette burn marks and holes all over them. The a/c worked awesome, kept room nice and cold. They need updated for the price but overall we had a wonderful night. It was quiet and calm. Friendly people and staff. We would go ba knife need be. The only down side was trying to get food delivery.. but that's not the hotels fault.Rooms: Clean, big, cold a/c, bag breakfast, nice poolSafety: Quiet and friendly people.

Mel M: Just came back from a 4 night stay at the hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops if you want to walk. The shuttle service takes you to universal parks free which saves on parking there. The drop off and pick up times were good. Only was able to catch breakfast 1 day and the waffles were good. They had eggs and sausage, toast, mini muffins, yogurt and cereal. Nothing too fancy but free! The kids enjoyed the pool after the days at the parks. The hot tub was not working. Parked in back so we could see the car from window. Then hotel area seemed safe. Check in and check out smooth. Staff friendly. The room was clean and the housekeeper came daily which was nice because we had fresh towels everyday. Slept great and it was nice and quiet where our room was. I read the reviews and was worried about roaches or bugs. Didn’t see one and while the hotel needs an upgrade- for the price and location it’s worth staying.

Doug Bonestroo: Overall, a nice place but definitely not a top tier Marriott property. Big rooms, fairly old, can hear your neighbors through the walls and no way to control the fan on the AC to block out the noise. Great walking and running path around the pond across the street - 3/10 of a mile per lap.Walkability: There is a nice pond across the street with a sidewalk circling it. Slightly over 3/10 of a mile per lap - like .305.
Karen Sweeney: Less than 10 mins drive to airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait too long for the Shuttle even though it was super late at night. Also Shuttle on time back to the airport. The night Front desk staff was very pleasant and professionally upon my arrival late night..The room was clean, very clean.. Quite comfortable, nice living room area and bedroom off that. Nicely appointed room. Complimentary bottle of water in the room , and other bottled water options for a cost for convenience. Nice bath amenities. Highly recommended for a reasonable price.

Christine Mascarelli: This hotel was great for our last minute stay. Price was a little high but they have a 24/7 airport shuttle which was extremely clean. All of the workers we interacted with were very pleasant. Breakfast not included in all rates and is $18 for the hot breakfast buffet and $14 for the not hot buffet. Cannot speak of the area because we just used it to sleep.

Hogue Powerlifting: This was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and in great condition. Screened in balcony with a view... loved that! We had everything we needed and more. The amenities were plenty. Awesome pools and water park. The arcade was fun, especially on Wednesday when it was half price for games. The little village area behind the lobby was peaceful and well kept. The island on the lake offered some relaxing time in a hammock. Staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate our needs while there. There is so much more to rave about, but I will just leave it at this. The only complaint is it was near impossible to reach someone for questions about the reservation after it was made, and the pre-checkin website errored out... that was the only bad thing. There are too many great things to let that tarnish the 5-star experience we had. Will definitely return! Thanks, Westgate Lakes, for an awesome time! My family made great memories here!
Visit Apopka Our World: Beautiful property, easy drive and great location to major attractions and hospital. Love the amenities "classy" and just a good vibe!! Property will be hosting this year's Mrs. Florida Pageant in the ballroom and it's a perfect pairing.Rooms: The studio unit is adorable and affordable for a quick solo getaway.Nearby activities: Turkey lake road has lots of great restaurants.Safety: Security everywhereWalkability: The parking garage has an elevator that gives access to every level in the hotel including the banquet space, perfect for families and large groups.Noteworthy details: Grande ballrooms for hosting beautiful events.

Hair Valbuena: The place is quite nice, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is based on pancakes and waffles, but there are other options such as cereals with milk and Greek yogurt, there is a variety of bread and juices. Personally, I prefer apple juice in drinks and orange juice. It is somewhat bitter and there are options in the type of coffee. It is a buffet style, meaning it can be repeated, the pool is open-air, and the jacuzzi is quite pleasant and has a good temperature, all outdoors.Rooms: The rooms are quite spacious, with cable TV, few Spanish channel options, but it has a microwave oven, refrigerator and coffee maker, it has hot and cold water, a very comfortable bathtub and an excellent view of the lake.Walkability: It has large spaces to enjoy the surroundings, lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment areas quite close to and around the hotel.

Lauren Vaneck: I stayed here for a solo trip to Disney. I got a king room and had a very nice stay. I loved that the shower didn’t have a tub and was an actual shower, the “rain” shower head was a nice touch. The shower was super clean . The bed was super comfortable including the pillows.There was a few small things. There was a small hole in the sheets and a couple of stains on the walls behind where the garbage can was. The beautiful sofa also had some stains and could use a deep clean. But overall the little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.I would recommend this hotel and for the price I definitely felt like it was a great deal.

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!
Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.
Bri Marbais: I recently planned a networking event for the Central Florida wedding industry at Castle Hotel and it was such an amazing experience! Amanda Palmer was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Domi Hart: We stayed at this hotel on arrival and departure because it is right at the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport worked wonderfully😊 the staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were absolutely fine and equipped with everything you need. At breakfast there was everything you needed and it tasted good too😊 for smokers there was a smoking area at the front and back exit with a bench and an ashtray. The location was...well good for getting to the airport but that was it, everything else could only be reached with an Uber but I don't think you'll spend 2 weeks in this hotel🤭 all in all we were happy with the hotel and would stay there again if we fly to Orlando again because it is so close to the airport and offers a shuttle😊

Great locationRooms: Only thing I didn’t like was balcony was locked off from my room I mean you have awesome balcony for sitting out on but you can sit out on it because of safety reasons which is stupid why have it then. Raymond Rivera: . He further added that room inspections are done of empty rooms in preparation of incoming guests. So what was this Hyatt Regency Engineering Department employee looking for? Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. I would definitely stay here for personal travel.Rooms: Very nice
Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.
Nancy Verdugo: We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

Suly Marie: Honestly no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is undergoing renovations so yes there is some dust and the elevators are used by construction workers however, that did not diminish the stay one bit. Universal is a 5-10 minute drive at best from this property. The breakfast had a surprising great selection and tasted great. I was checked in by a front desk agent named Valeria she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me with all the necessary check in info and then went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of staying in one of the renovated rooms and was highly impressed. The room was very beautiful, loved the decor it was modern and stylish. I will be staying here again very soon.
Jussara Luongo: We stayed at Homewood Suites Nearest to Universal for 14 days in January/24. It was an excellent experience. The hotel has great facilities, comfortable rooms, extremely clean. Good breakfast. Secure parking. The staff is great, everyone is very attentive and polite. We love Eli at reception and Hanane. We will certainly come back and recommend it to friends. Thanks.
Carol Marshall: Everything was great. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There were eggs in two or three different ways, many kinds of bread, pancakes, yogurt and some kind of sausages or bacon. The staff was exceptionally nice! Very polite and always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. There were times that my two little babies did not let me eat and the girls in the breakfast area was holding my baby and keeping her company if they had nothing to do at that moment. I loved my stay at the hotel. Never before have I met such polite stuff. Especially a lady name jasma felt like I had a sister helping me out. For sure if I ever get back to Orlando I will stay there. The only problem was that because of the renovation, there were noises, which I expected that were going to be paused between 1-3 pm so that we can rest but it was bad timing I guess. Everything else was great ! Loved it !

Catarina Yankey: This place is lovely. The rooms are spacious, the pool is wonderful, and the staff was so friendly! The day we arrived we were also going to one of the parks and they graciously held our luggage for nearly 12 hours before we made it back for check-in. They also offer a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. It was very easy to schedule, and convenient. We were also able to opt for late check-out, it was only $50 and we were able to check-out at 4:00 p.m. I would absolutely stay here again.

B Collins: This is my favorite hotel in Orlando. I haven't visited any of the other locations in Orlando for one specific reason... the chef who prepares my omlettes so cheerfully. I believe his name is Fritz. I have been coming to this Embassy for about 5 years.This is the first time I've been in a room in which wall paper was peeling off of the wall, and it could use a little "tlc". The tub stopper was broken and wouldn't stay open, so I just easily lifed it up. I love having the extra sink in the room and the living space is always a bonus because I can close the room door and watch tv while someone is sleeping in the room, without disturbing them. I was extremely comfortable, and I saw Fritz again. I came in too late to enjoy happy hour/ reception time, but that's ok.

Stephen Brown: We stayed 2 separate nights surrounded by a trip to Houston. The staff and service was amazing. We asked for a crib and extra bedding and everything was there for us. The food was great and the highlight was our shuttle bus driver, Jamal. He picked us up promptly after a rough day of travel and he capped it off perfectly. He was extremely helpful and left the 90s music pumping for us at our urging! Put a smile on our faces to end our evening. We will use this hotel when we need to return to Houston. Tee Jay: Went for a resort day pass 1st and foremost Matteo was an amazing host! He was on point allllll day! His energy and professionalism was off the charts. The amenities were just as described. We had an amazing time. Only issue is I wish they told me parking was free before I paid to park across the street. My advice pull up check in and then go to the Hilton parking garage. We made lots of new friends in the adult area and my kid had an awesome time in the main area. Almost bought a cabana but glad I didnt there was plenty of seating all over. Will definitely come back to this resort
Mindy Devine: Love it here for the kids to play and we enjoyed it! Just wish there was more security for the Adult Pool area. All 4 days we've been here there have been children, teens, and pre-teens in the hot tubs and pool. Even little ones like 3-5 yr olds. Not sure if the parents are breaking the rules or just not watching their kids but I'd hate for something to happen to them and the hotel incur legal issues. But otherwise no complaints!
Sundee DiBlasi: Went for a day pass to there resort we rented a cabana it was top notch from start to finish. I like to give a shot out to our server Terry and Shaun the cabana and lazy river coordinator. It was my nephew Giovanni birthday 🎂 they made a point of making my nephew feel special. The food and drinks were delicious we had so much fun in the lazy river,slide and pool we will definitely be back .This hotel is a 5 star everyone there made you feel welcome and special
Alan Leach: The Hilton Orlando has been providing excellent service for the past 2 years for me. The facilities are clean and can accommodate a large number of guests. The pool facility has separate areas for children and adults, along with a great bar area. Would definitely recommend this facility for either a vacation stay or business conference!
