kevin mungroo: Great location for visiting the parks. I didn't use the walking path but hotel staff indicated it was about a 15-20 min walk. Busses were one after the other at peak morning periods so even though the line got very long wait time was manageable. Staff was very helpful and the the 2 pools were great for our family! The sand really made it feel like a beach. 1 pool had a slide and 1 pool a lazy river so lots of options.Rooms: Very clean and spacious with ample storage.Walkability: Resort is large so depending on which building you are located in you may have a bit of a walk to the foodcourt or lobby and bus stop. 2 pools are on opposite sides of the resort so you dont have to go far for this.Food & drinks: Food court options were ample. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, grilled food plus omlets, waffles, pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs for brealfast.

flora: Best 👏 Hotel 👏 Ever 👏The lobby was so cozy and beautiful and there was so much activities to do there. The pool was clean and super spacious. The spa was so refreshing and at the perfect temperature. The room was so comfy and had a gorgeous gorgeous view of the outside. Service was great too! They were all so patient and nice. The only “negative” thing was that the shower was always too hot. I don’t know if it’s just 315 or not, but I can’t seem to turn the heat down, not even a bit. Still though, the hotel rules!!
Samantha McMillan: This hotel is my favorite place to stay while in Orlando. The rooms are clean though sometimes it is hard to open the door to the room as it feels heavy. The elevators are a little iffy as they make sounds that are loud whenever you are waiting. I love staying in the rooms with a Universal View or the view of MCO. I will continue to return to this hotel.

Mike Helman: We loved it. One of the best Orlando hotel's we stayed at by far. Right up there with the top Disney resorts. Food was phenomenal and the Caribbean atmosphere set the right mood.Nearby activities: Our excursion shuttle bus stop was within walking distance at Royal Pacific.Food & drinks: Never had a bad meal or drink at the many Sapphire Falls restaurants.
David: is a huge deal for me. I am forced to find other solutions like going to the grocery store and bring my own food, walk to the other resorts, etc. It does affect the experience overall, so to me this lowers the value of this resort significantly.In my opinion, they have something great with this resort and its a great step up from the lower tiers. They however need to fix the daily cost of living there

From ease of being able to extend our one night reservation into the two night desired weekend stay, to the on site dining availability and experience, to the poolside enjoyment and convenience of boat rides to Universal and City Walk. Definitely an enjoyable weekend stay and recommendation for anyone looking for a similar accommodation and location spot destination.

Ana Gomes Silva: One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Orlando. Excellent location. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a 24-hour convenience store, a large reception with quick check-in, a sales point and information about Universal Studios inside the hotel, a souvenir shop, a bar and an area to sit and have a beer, a juice or a soft drink, even a coffee. Large pool with a large area and several sun loungers for sunbathing. Large room with 2 double beds, large wardrobe, microwave, minibar, coffee maker, large bathtub and very good shower. I highly recommend it.
sarah baker: Very good value for money, basic rooms but cleaned daily and done the job, great location for restaurants and shops and bus to universal very handy in themornings but can be full coming back so we got a taxi back, cost 15 to 20 dollars .Buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful.Burger in the bar was delicious .

The location was also phenomenal, with easy access to the theme parks, like Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. It is also within walking distance from the shops, dining, and attractions of International Drive. All in all, I'd certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly, yet reputable, stay in the Orlando area.

At reasonable pricing with three smaller pools and lots of parking with Breakfast and Dinner Buffet everyday with bar and convenience store- open 24 hours on same location!! Can’t beat that if you need comfortable reasonable priced family vacation place. They have busses to Orlando attractions check with front desk.
Doug Larsen: The room was okay but nothing great. The check in staff was fast and friendly. The housekeeping people are terrific. The location is amazingly close to a strip of restaurants across the street and very close to the convention center. Parking was free.Walkability: Many chain Restaurants are across the street and an easy short walk.

Raymond Rivera: . He further added that room inspections are done of empty rooms in preparation of incoming guests. So what was this Hyatt Regency Engineering Department employee looking for? Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

Christopher A: This is an absolutely amazing hotel. This place is massive. 1641 hotel rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room was tidied up daily. I was here as part of a convention. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.
Nancy Verdugo: We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!

Lauren Vaneck: I stayed here for a solo trip to Disney. I got a king room and had a very nice stay. I loved that the shower didn’t have a tub and was an actual shower, the “rain” shower head was a nice touch. The shower was super clean . The bed was super comfortable including the pillows.There was a few small things. There was a small hole in the sheets and a couple of stains on the walls behind where the garbage can was. The beautiful sofa also had some stains and could use a deep clean. But overall the little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional.I would recommend this hotel and for the price I definitely felt like it was a great deal.

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!
Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.
Bri Marbais: I recently planned a networking event for the Central Florida wedding industry at Castle Hotel and it was such an amazing experience! Amanda Palmer was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Karen Grose: Our 2nd stay at Visa Cay. The previous being in 2017. Excellent mid budget accommodation in a great location close to everything. The only thing I’d say is that it’s looking a little tired 7 years on from our last visit. The rooms were still clean and fully equipped but a paint job wouldn’t go amiss, just to freshen it up. I’d still recommend this accommodation though.

My wife and I enjoyed everything from beginning to end one gentleman that stands out above all is Mr. Felix Vargas. He is the symbol of excellence. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I enjoyed our time there. the room was excellent and draped with Earth Day memorabilia for myself. Mr. Vargas made himself available for us throughout the entire trip and he even checked on us after we left the property. This gentleman alone get five stars from My wife And I. There is also a complimentary continental breakfast from 6-10a.m. with a good selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, granola bars, and some microwaveable breakfast items like chicken biscuit sandwiches.The room itself was a bit small, so I don't know that I would want to stay here for more than one or two nights at a time, but it was perfect for our one-night stay. We were able to walk to the Kia Center, which was just over a mile away from the hotel.Free parking onsite was also a nice perk. Be aware that the parking lot is pretty small, so you may or may not be able to find a spot depending on when you arrive. There is street parking around the area and I believe I saw a couple of paid parking lots/garages nearby as well, if you cannot find a spot in their parking lot.
Allen Walker: A surprisingly serene hotel in downtown Orlando.. Welcome/reception service is superb .The room was clean and nice. And then the environment was convivial. I would definitely come back again! Overall, everything went well!

Steve Bell: I really like this location. It’s great for conferences. Big events thrones are nice. There’s lots of things to do on international Drive. carolina kiss: It is a highly recommended Hotel from the moment you enter until you get to the room, its social areas are pleasant, super clean and well attended.Rooms: Super clean rooms with everything you need and the cleaning service is up to twice a day
Ian Gilroy: My son and I are just back from 10 nights in the Rosen Plaza.What a fabulous hotel. Super friendly, quick check in and lovely big room with 2 really comfy beds.Great pool area with plenty sunbeds and towels.Great on-site shop and if you've had a hard day at the parks there's a take away serving fresh pizza, hot rolls and other lovely things to eat in your room.We had the buffet breakfast every morning and it was amazing, so much choice , filled us up for the day. Coffee and OJ served by friendly restaurant staff......thank you guys.Being on I-Drive it's location is excellent to all the parks.If you have a late flight the hotel will securely store your luggage so you can enjoy your last day.Will definitely visit again.
GunzGermzNSteel: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Florida. The location near Universal Studios, price, restaurants, and convenience store located within the hotel are not only top notch quality-wise, but very affordable.The staff is unmatched. My family and I travel to Orlando every year and will exclusively be staying here moving forward. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of at Universal, as Rosen makes no attempt to price gauge like Universal does.It is a great place for single people/those without children as well. The pool and waterfall Jacuzzi are unreal and happy hour from 4-7 PM nightly has $6 drinks and half price appetizers. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. 5 stars!
Vilmar garcz: Went to the hotel for a conference, great room and so clean .The best was the bellman Luis service, he was able to answer all my questions where to eat around the hotel , great recommendation and very polite and he can speak few languages and so friendly that makes my stay so amazing.Nearby activities: Walkable distances to the restaurantSafety: Very safe indeedWalkability: Close to the venue that I had an eventFood & drinks: Lots of restaurants around it

Zach Lafferty: Neat little shop, but there are cheaper gift shops with a wider variety within a half a mile from the hotel.
