M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

GRAZI: We're still at the hotel. Today enjoying the pool after a tiring day at the park. The hotel has everything we need to have a great time in Orlando. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast, attentive people who treated us very well. Especially the affection of the maids. We are very close to Universal and good shopping. My daughter and I love it and recommend it.

Regina Di meola: What can I say.. we were planning a cheap trip to Universal and Disney. As the park tickets are quite expensive, we did not want to exceed our prices as regards food and hotel. This place was a 10/10. Not only the price is unbelievable, we only paid $115 for 4 nights, but also the beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very wide and the shower water came out perfectly fine. What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park. Well, actually, the best part is the breakfast. As the price was very low, we expected a cheaper breakfast, but the waffles and the orange juice were amazing. Plus, the staff was really nice and friendly.If I come back to Orlando, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again.

Victoria Black: This place was amazing. Even with the refurbishment happening, I did not feel like we lost out on anything. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff just amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All the little touches were amazing, from the singers at Mama Dellas to the serenade in the lobby. All the whimsical astethics around the entire resort and the beach pool, everything was very well put together and amazing. My kids loved the water slide at the pool. My very picky eaters loved Mama Dellas so much they requested to eat there twice and then we ate at the pool and they didn't know which they liked better. The Gelatos were so good, almost as good as what my Nonna used to make. What really set us up for wanting to return though was honestly the staff and how caring the entire staff was. From the bellman to the valet, to the maids and front desk and every server at the restaurant and even your life guards, every single employee we encountered were absolutely lovely people. My husband has never once definitively said he wanted to return to a single resort we ever stayed at. But as we were packing up the room he said to me, "hey our anniversary in June, do you want to come back here?" So don't be surprised to see us again in June. Either way, we will return again. We are annual pass holders and Florida residents so we come down to Orlando often. This will most likely be our place to stay when we come.Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and I loved how cool I could make the room.Food & drinks: The food was delicious and well made. Mama Dellas was our favorite. The Gelatos were delicious, creamy, and very refreshing.

Tara Felicio: Definitely look forward to the construction being done, because of where it is and how large of an area they are doing at the same time rather than a little at a time, it ruins the entire atmosphere. I wish they would revamp the actual guest rooms.Rooms: Rooms are okay, they are big but need a refresh.Walkability: It is far for one of the premier hotels, especially with the sidewalk closed.Food & drinks: Good offerings, glad they have left everything open during construction. No plans of returning until it is completed.
Victoria: , so driving into property to discover scaffolding EVERYWHERE, was kind of a downer.However, Jake at the front desk was lovely, and gave us a room that still had a beautiful view, and even sent us wine and strawberries to celebrate our anniversary. He made our stay magic. Big thanks to him. I would very much like to return another time, however this kind of trip is a luxury we cannot afford more than once a decade or so. In short; nice staff, clean and tidy, but kinda iffy on information.

Melinda Love: This was our first trip here and we enjoyed every bit of it. The staff greeted us with smiles and were so happy and friendly. Everyone was super nice!!! We loved our suite. Everything was nice and clean. One of the staff members gave us a few recommendations of things to do with our kids and the kids loved all of it!!!! The pool was great, we utilized the grill they have too. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Cindy Prevost: It is very well maintained and very clean. The suites are just as shown in the pictures. They are stocked with all the items you need for your stay, including laundry detergent, washer dryer, dishwasher detergent, pots & pans, silverware, toaster etc. the pool area is very nice and so well maintained. The pool is large enough for kids to splash around without adults being impacted. They don’t have normal housekeeping daily but you can text or call for anything you need. Overall an amazing place to stay! Just minutes from Universal.
Samuel Shiao: This is a fantastic location near MCO and Universal for weekend visitors, where you can experience a vibrant and tropical stay for a reasonable price. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the amenities enjoyable - take a rest in the pool or hot tub, or enjoy an evening in the arcade. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-kept, with the only real issues being thin walls and lower quality beds. Would definitely stay here again, and certainly recommend for families looking for both comfort and budget-friendly hotels.
IAmBoon: Our family had a wonderful week at Westgate, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The views added an extra layer of charm from the moment we checked in until we left. Westgate's dedication to prompt service, particularly the timely provision of towels and trash removal, was admirable.Our only challenge, however, was sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa mattress was not comfortable, so I had to relocate to the room I shared with my siblings. While this solution sacrificed some privacy, the hotel's overall cleanliness and the convenience of preparing our own meals made up for the inconvenience.Westgate stands out as an exceptional destination, with a well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5.
Roberts Lifestyle: . The room was immaculate. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom upgraded suites. It was nicely furnished, both bedrooms were large and had its own bathroom attached. The beds were comfortable. The unit was equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen appliances. The pool was heated. The hot tub was larger and appeared to be able to host 8-10 people comfortably. I definitely would recommend this place for an extended stay. The front desk service was A1. The building was secure with key card access only. We stayed on the 18th floor in building B. The room was nice with a city view. The resort has a restaurant although we didn’t try it. I don’t remember seeing a bar. The only drawback from this resort is the parking is tricky in the evening. They did provide a late night shuttle to the over flow parking which is a block or two away. The shuttle did run every few minutes so there was not much of a wait.Rooms: The room we booked was the upgraded suite. Nice and spacious.Safety: Key card access and 24 hour security.Walkability: Not sure if the resort is in walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. But everything is a short drive or Uber ride away.

Glenn Wagner: Outside of a few bumps regarding security gates that wouldn't open, and a shuttle bus that doesn't drop you off at the lobby, our stay was wonderful and park experience was amazing!Walkability: It's only a 5 minute walk to Universal and another few to Islands. For anyone wanting to ride Hagrids early, this is the Hotel to stay at.
Jason Peterman: What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Summer Cummings: This was my first experience at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando. The location was VERY convenient to City Walk to either walk or take the water taxi.The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintainedWe stayed Club Level and night recommend and will do this for every visit. The snacks, happy hour, dessert etc as well as the Express passes were worth the rate of Club Level!!The entire staff, concierge, check in, luggage bell hop, pool DJ, room service etc were very friendly and guest first. Everyone we interacted with really seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted to make our stay memorable! Will definitely stay again!!!

Ji Sun Yi: Удивительный опыт во время нашего недельного отпуска. Такое удобное расположение для прогулок по городу и Юниверсала. Отличный доступ к водному такси, что позволяет вам обойти длинную очередь, ведущую на городскую прогулку, через которую вы проезжаете, если вы воспользовались шаттлом. Мы также гуляли по городу от нашего отеля, что было относительно короткой прогулкой, когда вечером было прохладнее. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и информативным. Номер в отеле всегда был чистым и очень просторным. Особенно понравился ранний вход на Острова приключений и в бухту Вулкан! Отель также расположен прямо у залива Вулкан, буквально менее чем в 5 минутах ходьбы. 100% рекомендую. Мы обязательно вернемся в будущем!
Nina Cool: Авентура — мое любимое место для проживания, когда я посещаю Юниверсал в Орландо. Это определенно похоже на шаг выше бюджетных отелей, но это не обходится дорого, и в целом это очень спокойный отель, который мне очень нравится.Развлечения поблизости: Авентура чувствует себя так близко к Сити-Уок и паркам, а благодаря близости к Сапфировому водопаду есть множество вариантов транспорта: маршрутный автобус, садовая дорожка и водное такси. Водное такси настолько приятное, что стало одной из моих любимых частей отдыха в Юниверсал!Пешеходная доступность: Мне очень нравится, как приятно и легко дойти пешком до Сапфирового водопада и City Walk от Авентуры. Выход на садовую дорожку кажется роскошным удовольствием, и мне нравится посещать Сапфировый водопад и кулинарию Аматиста во время пребывания в Авентуре.Еда и напитки: Мне нравится получать свой Starbucks каждое утро, когда я остаюсь здесь! Варианты фуд-корта также довольно хороши, а еда, напитки, виды и атмосфера в баре 17 просто феноменальны!

Raymond Rivera: . He further added that room inspections are done of empty rooms in preparation of incoming guests. So what was this Hyatt Regency Engineering Department employee looking for? Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

Christopher A: This is an absolutely amazing hotel. This place is massive. 1641 hotel rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room was tidied up daily. I was here as part of a convention. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.
Nancy Verdugo: We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

tim holochwost: The hotel was clean, but just had an old feeling. The location is great to the theme parks.The parking is horrible. There are 2 other hotels a Japanese steakhouse and an Ale house that share the same parking lot. We got back from seaworld late and there wasn't anywhere for us to park. We had to wait for someone to leave one of the restaurants to be able to finally park.Rooms: Bathrooms near major overhaul.

I appreciate the extra seeding area and the clean tables.My visit was a pleasure. I shall return!Noteworthy details: Even the exhaust fan, c/c went and ceilingfan blades were clean!
James Meadows: This would have been a 3 star review but I appreciate the EV charger, even though there is just one on the property.The lobby experience sets a high standard. The halls going to the rooms are dismal and the rooms do not live up to the lobby or the rate. Hardly any shower pressure and large temp swings.Stay at a universal property if you can.
Kai Elwood: so we never took it as we like to go on our own pace. Breakfast is okay/good, standard for every Best Western hotel, same options. Staff is very friendly, always greets us when we pass by the lobby. One drawback is the room is older and not recently renovated. Other than that it’s quiet and a very budget friendly hotel. Will come back if I am visiting Universal Studios again.

Melissa Betz: My husband and I stayed here this weekend and this is by far my new favorite hotel. From the moment we walked in till we left the service was Excellent!!!! The front desk was so personable, the place was very clean, our room looked brand new which was nice and not to mention they have an AMAZING breakfast! The rooms also has Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion on the walls which is such a big plus. We always stay at different places when we go to Orlando because we can never find one place that we love, but now we have, this will forever be our go to hotel! Absolutely 5 Stars all the way!!!!
Amy Ehrlich: I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located across the street from Universal Studios property. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were updated/modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The ladies running the complimentary breakfast did a wonderful job, making sure everything was well stocked and clean.
Tillex 2: What a great place to stay. Staff have been great by helping us find rides and places to go. This is our last day/night here. I wish we had more time. Thanks for making our Disney adventure one to remember for my family!

Michelle Davis: What a great experience. The day we arrived the front desk staff was very kind and helpful.Check in was easy. Room was clean and stocked with the kitchen basics. Utensils, skillet, sauce pan, mixing bowls and silverware for four.Beds were comfortable and fresh towels were delivered every 3 days.Pool and jacuzzi clean and property was very quiet.Close to many restaurants and entertainment.Shuttle to universal picked up in front of hotel and was easy and convenient.

Hair Valbuena: The place is quite nice, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is based on pancakes and waffles, but there are other options such as cereals with milk and Greek yogurt, there is a variety of bread and juices. Personally, I prefer apple juice in drinks and orange juice. It is somewhat bitter and there are options in the type of coffee. It is a buffet style, meaning it can be repeated, the pool is open-air, and the jacuzzi is quite pleasant and has a good temperature, all outdoors.Rooms: The rooms are quite spacious, with cable TV, few Spanish channel options, but it has a microwave oven, refrigerator and coffee maker, it has hot and cold water, a very comfortable bathtub and an excellent view of the lake.Walkability: It has large spaces to enjoy the surroundings, lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment areas quite close to and around the hotel.

Jessica Hicks: We were supposed to be in Boston the night we stayed there but bad weather caused us to miss our connector flight and we were stuck in Orlando for the evening. I booked around 9 pm and called just to make sure they had the room available. The man who answered the phone was very nice and assured me they did. When we arrived an hour later the gentleman and a female were at the front desk. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They got us set up on the shuttle for 430 the next morning. She could see the look of exhaustion on my face and assured me coffee would be made and ready when we were leaving, which made me feel better honestly. Love my coffee. It was there the next morning waiting and so was she. She offered to help me carry some fruit to the shuttle if I needed it from the grab an go bar they had. These employees and their customer service was a bright spot for me in an otherwise unfortunate series of events in our trip and I wish I remembered their names but they know who they are if they see this review. Thank you!!

Gabby P: Clean rooms, VERY cold AC, comfortable beds, the water pressure in the shower was out of this world!! And super central location only 10 mins from Universal. The continental breakfast was great they had different selections daily but all great. The parking one night was full and we were redirected to a parking lot beside the hotel so it was nice to have on site parking even though the other side was full. We had a great time and we will definitely be back. You can’t beat the quality and price of this hotel.

David Moore: Less then $95 a day, Room was clean, all sheets had been replaced and we never made it to the included breakfast. The swimming pool and hot tub were used about 1% of the entire time we were there day and night by all residents. The closing manager stocked the store and took the key home so my granddaughter didn't get her Lunchable but, the Pizza Hut was delivered in its stead within 25 minutes after order!Rooms: Clean with a pull out in the he room. Microwave and mini fridge. The shower head had three settings and the mist was my choice for all my showers on the property.Nearby activities: Pizza Hut and The Juicy Crab are located basically on the property having to pass them to get onto international drive. Bus stop located at the edge of the property and plenty of souvenir shoppes and activities within a walk across the road!

TV had good selection. Breakfast was hot with several options. Eggs, veg omelet, sausage gravy, breads, cereal, pancakes,bacon one day and sausage the next.Staff nice. It was a good stay both times.A little hard to find. It was behind buildings. GPS got confused.
Jonathan Phillips: We stayed here for four nights while visiting the area for a volleyball tournament. First off the staff here was fantastic. We were greeted every single time we walked through the door. They were quick to help with anything. The rooms were clean and had a great layout. Some items are worn and starting to need replacing but not worn to the ugly or unusable stage. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Doug Bonestroo: Overall, a nice place but definitely not a top tier Marriott property. Big rooms, fairly old, can hear your neighbors through the walls and no way to control the fan on the AC to block out the noise. Great walking and running path around the pond across the street - 3/10 of a mile per lap.Walkability: There is a nice pond across the street with a sidewalk circling it. Slightly over 3/10 of a mile per lap - like .305.
Karen Sweeney: Less than 10 mins drive to airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait too long for the Shuttle even though it was super late at night. Also Shuttle on time back to the airport. The night Front desk staff was very pleasant and professionally upon my arrival late night..The room was clean, very clean.. Quite comfortable, nice living room area and bedroom off that. Nicely appointed room. Complimentary bottle of water in the room , and other bottled water options for a cost for convenience. Nice bath amenities. Highly recommended for a reasonable price.

Christine Mascarelli: This hotel was great for our last minute stay. Price was a little high but they have a 24/7 airport shuttle which was extremely clean. All of the workers we interacted with were very pleasant. Breakfast not included in all rates and is $18 for the hot breakfast buffet and $14 for the not hot buffet. Cannot speak of the area because we just used it to sleep.
