Walter Barbary: Stayed here for EDC Orlando!Never been to EDC Orlando nor been to Orlando. To be honest, I did not feel safe with all that has been written into law by the Gov. Ron DeSantis which is being a retired naval officer that should never been the case. Regardless, I champion and went to my first EDC with my friends who are very knowledgeable in HOUSE MUSIC. Which I in my youth did not truly get to explore. The hotel was great and allowed my a friend who arrived a day early check into my hotel. I was delayed due to sharp pain triggering from a hit and run while riding my bike to my workout. This caused me to miss my first flight which my champion airline DELTA as usual got me to my destination. Anyway, the front desk was gracious and polite. Allowed my friend who flight was a day early check into my room without me being present. Also a disabled Naval Officer. I got the the hotel, checked in some laundry to the sleepy night audit, and went upstairs to rest.Another friend got in so the hotel let him up so they could rest till they could check into the Hilton around the corner. Hotel had been very kind. After resting we grabbed lunch and the guys went off to check-in their hotel. I took meds to deal with my pain which tamed from my rest and lunch. Called about the items I had laundered. Front Desk sent them up as I went to the first day of the festival. Got back and noticed some pieces were missing. The sleepy night audit could not locate anything. Called in the AM, the items were eventually found but stains everywhere.After a lot of back and forth nothing was done. Ruined a pair of $200 Hugo Boss Jeans, Savage Fenty Hoodie and pants, designer shirt plus more. Also, numerous times asked my room to be serviced. It never got cleaned and I was there for 4 days. It was uncomfortable nice I felt during my stay after mentioning the damaged items. The cleaners have done nothing and called them 5 or 6 times.DO NOT USE THEIR CLEANING SERVICE! IT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER USED EVER!I said on the Marriott experience I'd stay here again. I am in the air about that discussion.

Allen Walker: This is the place to be. Very Spacious, nice rooms, and a lot of couches and cool places to sit in the lobby next to the bar. Highly recommend

James Wetzel: and there was an additional $20.00 charge for parking. Parking is convenient with easy access to the hotel via a key entry. The attendants at breakfast were very good. Overall a good stay.

Restaurant options are available both inside the hotel or in the nearby external environment. There are suitable meeting rooms equipped for meetings and training courses.The staff is nice, helpful and well behaved. I thank them very much and I recommend staying in this hotel

Kim Hale: A mini vacation, this place was great. Beds very comfortable! Room was like a small one bedroom condo, very nice. Full kitchen. Living room.Noteworthy details: One elevator was out of service.

Suly Marie: Honestly no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is undergoing renovations so yes there is some dust and the elevators are used by construction workers however, that did not diminish the stay one bit. Universal is a 5-10 minute drive at best from this property. The breakfast had a surprising great selection and tasted great. I was checked in by a front desk agent named Valeria she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me with all the necessary check in info and then went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of staying in one of the renovated rooms and was highly impressed. The room was very beautiful, loved the decor it was modern and stylish. I will be staying here again very soon.

Jussara Luongo: We stayed at Homewood Suites Nearest to Universal for 14 days in January/24. It was an excellent experience. The hotel has great facilities, comfortable rooms, extremely clean. Good breakfast. Secure parking. The staff is great, everyone is very attentive and polite. We love Eli at reception and Hanane. We will certainly come back and recommend it to friends. Thanks.

Carol Marshall: Everything was great. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There were eggs in two or three different ways, many kinds of bread, pancakes, yogurt and some kind of sausages or bacon. The staff was exceptionally nice! Very polite and always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. There were times that my two little babies did not let me eat and the girls in the breakfast area was holding my baby and keeping her company if they had nothing to do at that moment. I loved my stay at the hotel. Never before have I met such polite stuff. Especially a lady name jasma felt like I had a sister helping me out. For sure if I ever get back to Orlando I will stay there. The only problem was that because of the renovation, there were noises, which I expected that were going to be paused between 1-3 pm so that we can rest but it was bad timing I guess. Everything else was great ! Loved it !

At the time it was not operating due to renovations.✓ Location with heated pool and pleasant leisure area.✓ Rooms with air conditioning, good beds, good sheets and excellent towels. Bathroom with heated water and very pleasant.

Raymond Rivera: . He further added that room inspections are done of empty rooms in preparation of incoming guests. So what was this Hyatt Regency Engineering Department employee looking for? Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

Christopher A: This is an absolutely amazing hotel. This place is massive. 1641 hotel rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room was tidied up daily. I was here as part of a convention. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.

This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

Catarina Yankey: This place is lovely. The rooms are spacious, the pool is wonderful, and the staff was so friendly! The day we arrived we were also going to one of the parks and they graciously held our luggage for nearly 12 hours before we made it back for check-in. They also offer a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. It was very easy to schedule, and convenient. We were also able to opt for late check-out, it was only $50 and we were able to check-out at 4:00 p.m. I would absolutely stay here again.

Marketplace has everything you need if you don't want to eat out. Entire kitchen is fully equipped, better than my own kitchen!! Blender, double toster, coffee machine, cutting boards....

Annie Yang: We are a family of three. We stayed here for 4 nights. We like this hotel very much. The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Especially the kitchen has all the most basic cooking utensils. They thoughtfully prepared kitchen paper and dishwashing liquid, which really surprised me. There is also a dishwasher, which saves me a lot of effort. There is a convenience store not far away, and the transportation is convenient. The car can be parked in the room. I like the downstairs so much that I will stay here next time. I am very satisfied with it, so I came here to comment!

Mone Thomas: I really enjoyed my stay here, I was in town for one night and decided to go with this hotel. Although I saw the pictures online, I was not expecting a full-size fridge, sink, dishes, microwave, and dish washer to be in the room. Definitely will come back and stay in this hotel for this. The room we stayed in was a conjoined bedroom, and our neighbors had an infant, which was crying at night, and we could hear. I would recommend requesting a room that isn't conjoined. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and the breakfast was hot and fresh with a variety to choose from. Would recommend it, and I would come back.

kevin mungroo: Great location for visiting the parks. I didn't use the walking path but hotel staff indicated it was about a 15-20 min walk. Busses were one after the other at peak morning periods so even though the line got very long wait time was manageable. Staff was very helpful and the the 2 pools were great for our family! The sand really made it feel like a beach. 1 pool had a slide and 1 pool a lazy river so lots of options.Rooms: Very clean and spacious with ample storage.Walkability: Resort is large so depending on which building you are located in you may have a bit of a walk to the foodcourt or lobby and bus stop. 2 pools are on opposite sides of the resort so you dont have to go far for this.Food & drinks: Food court options were ample. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, grilled food plus omlets, waffles, pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs for brealfast.
