Andrew was super quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Janney assisted us during our shoot and was super helpful with everything from helping with some setups, to accessing and navigating the elevator/ parking garage.I highly recommend The Balcony Orlando because the staff was just awesome during the whole experience and not to mention a gorgeous venue with the best downtown views 😍

Mary Williams: We just got married at The Balcony, Orlando last weekend. Sarah and her team were AMAZING- every single request, question, or pivot that I asked to make day of Sarah made happen. We had our ceremony inside and the reception was outside- we had DJ, photobooth, bar, EVERYTHING set up outside- when inclement weather occurred during our dinner outside, Sarah and her team flawlessly helped us to transition EVERYTHING inside- it went so smoothly you would have thought it was planned. The venue is stunning, so much space to work with, the vendors loved the space, but Sarah and her team really made the day flawless and care-free for me to enjoy. 1000000% would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in downtown Orlando!

Luciana Laurent: A fantastic birthday dinner of 15 people at Maggiano’s on international drive for my hubby. Gabriel was our server, he was awesome! The servers who assisted him were great too! Everyone raved about the food! We did the family style option which was perfect!Our menu items were….house & Caesar salad, MOZZARELLA MARINARA, ITALIAN MEATBALLS, Shrimp, FETTUCCINE ALFREDO, MOM'S LASAGNA, CHICKEN MARSALA & SALMON LEMON & HERB. Everything was cooked perfectly! We also had the red sangria & their dessert medley.

Christine M Appleyard: I needed dinner at a Disney World Resort catered in for an 80th birthday dad. No time to think or plan. I called on a Tuesday for Saturday night. The coordinator walked me through the packages, helped me choose one that met my needs without going overboard and except for giving them my room number when I arrived, everything was set in24 hours. The food and everything to keep it fresh and warm, utensils and all arrived on time and was delicious! Portions, like the restaurant, were very generous. Like the restaurant, everyone from the first call was efficient, helpful and friendly. A great experience.

John Barreiros: I don't understand the hype of this place I'm telling you I get just as good as steak at Longhorn or even better Roadhouse. I mean I've been there before in the service is always great but this time it even went down a little bit like a normal Steakhouse with very high price. People at the table told me they got bought out by a LongHorn Steakhouse so their prices should reflect because I'm telling you, you don't need to spend all that money to have a great steak and good service .just my opinion

Val Val: The Castle absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! This Hotel was perfect!! Absolutely the very best staff! The hotel was spotless, peaceful, quiet, close to endless restaurants and we could walk to shops, entertainment and restaurants. Almost everything was just a trolly ride away! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the rooms were to die for!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Orlando. We just got back and we are already looking into booking The Castle again!

Winged Shots: Stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for a business trip. Its location is perfect for hitting all the key spots in Orlando, including the convention center and theme parks. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and workspaces, though I didn’t try the pool or restaurant. The valet staff were notably friendly, but be aware there’s a $25 nightly parking fee and no lounge access for Marriott members. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to its luxurious billing, but it’s a solid choice I’d return to.

She was so helpful, enthusiastic and professional through the entire process. Her entire team on the day of the event went above and beyond. The event spaces are unique, modern and elevated. The food and beverage was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

Regina Di meola: What can I say.. we were planning a cheap trip to Universal and Disney. As the park tickets are quite expensive, we did not want to exceed our prices as regards food and hotel. This place was a 10/10. Not only the price is unbelievable, we only paid $115 for 4 nights, but also the beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very wide and the shower water came out perfectly fine. What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park. Well, actually, the best part is the breakfast. As the price was very low, we expected a cheaper breakfast, but the waffles and the orange juice were amazing. Plus, the staff was really nice and friendly.If I come back to Orlando, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again.
