Our choice to have lunch at Jaber turned our mid Saturday into a very exciting experience! We really enjoyed! We started with a delicious combination of hummus and the muhammara with pita bread and jump on meat esfiha, fried kibeh, kofta and the filet mignon meat kabob combined with their two kinds of rices. OMG!!! Every single option was just incredible. We will be back for more soon!

Shelly Grabiak: The park is mostly restaurants, yet it can be fun to watch people dare to go up in the sling shot ride. I loved the ferris wheel with family as it's slow enough to enjoy the beautiful view, yet not so much that you want to get moving. I've seen the line get so long on a weekend that I avoided it, yet in the week, it was easy to get on quick.

Johan Colon: Is the second time visiting one and I like It. You can find a multilevel go-kart. The go-karts are single o double, depending on your preference. Two Rollercoaster 🎢, one of them are wooded rails. The parking lot is available for free. There is a guy at entrance registering all bags and people who enter the facility. In this particular place you have a water park for kids.

Catherine Listash: I stopped going to Keke's after learning Denny's took over.. so it's been some time. Recently, I tried it again at their mall of millenia location. The food is still really good. The service at this location is honestly fantastic. Such attentive and kind staff. The kitchen and expo team really make sure your food gets to you fast and hot!! I can't say this is my experience at everyone location, but this one is great. Thank you!

Just A Comment: A really perfect place to eat or have a drink. It is a huge complex and also the largest hard rock cafe in the world with 2 floors and various rooms and of course a gift shop. In my opinion the food is not expensive, we had 2 main courses, separate side dishes and 2 drinks for about 60 dollars. the entertainment music and what the cafe looks like is a big 10.
Azaharin Abd Latiff: Located within the Universal Studio Boulevard outside the theme park as with many others establishments. Nicely located confronting a lake and opposite across a bright colourful scenic view of other cafes and restaurants. The landmark of Universal Studio rotating globe is within view.One of the Hard Rock establishment that does not just offers the Restaurant and Rock Shop, but also a Live Concert Hall in one place. Awesome view at night. Everything else seems consistently standard as any other Hard Rock cafes offers.Acceptable service and quality of foods. Nice atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. Step outside, a nice night scenic view with neon and LED lights across the lake. A good walk strolling the surrounding after dinner just bring out the mood…wonderful.Kid-friendliness: Friendly for kids

I thought this was a unique touch. I haven't seen this at any other hard rocks that I've been to.Our server was great and the food came quick. We were in and out in about 30 minutes even with it being extremely busy. We both got burgers and they were great! Super flavorful and a huge portion. Honestly, the best place we ate at CityWalk during our stay at a Universal Resort. Many of the other options were lacking in either service or food quality, but Hard Rock knocked it out of the park! Thanks for a great meal.

Toolia Kamanya: We had such an experience, the management team was so amazing, they have made us felt so welcomed and special and went above and beyond, totally going back. I want to give a special shout out to my girl Demetra Yacalis, her hospitality is so amazing, it was like we were home, we were celebrating my friends birthday, they gave us champagne on the house, we really enjoyed our time there. Honestly we will be going back for our special celebrations, Demetra sweet heart thank you so much again, you are a super star and deserve a raise 😂.
Chris Nieves: Truthfully, I love this location. As a huge person of steak houses this particular capital grille does not disappoint. I came last week and again this week; Josiah is one of the best servers/bartenders I’ve ever had. He remembered my name both visits, made my experience feel very exclusive and even remembered what I drank. His attention to detail and care for clients is something that is a model to the industry. I sat at the bar so watching Bri P. kill it and serve drinks was pretty entertaining as well. Overall, this place is amazing and I highly recommend!

M.A Romero: I've stayed.At this hotel within a 2 week span for the weekend and I most say service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The pool and hot spa is amazing. Our first weekend there. The toilet in our room was not working Maintenance was called and immediately they fixed it A+ for that.The second weekend that we stayed our AC was not working properly. We called maintenance. They responded with a new AC A+ for that.The only downfall that this hotel has is the beds are very uncomfortable and they are just a full size bed and not a Queen. One of the best things for those of you who are going to universal studios is since the hotel is next to a universal hotel.You can walk there and take their shuttle bus to universal.Which is a major A+. I wanna give a shout out to the front desk. Also to the maintenance workers and room service workers.Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Jocelyn Janelle: Great location, overall enjoyable stay for a quick weekend trip. Comfortable bed and clean room. Kind and friendly staff. Customer service was excellent!Hotel is currently under renovation so just let them know if there are any issues you encounter. They offer a complimentary shuttle for 3-mile area of the hotel which is nice for seeing downtown and Mills District for restaurants and nightlife.Shout out to Damon, Derrick and Elida for your wonderful hospitality and customer service.

Hayder by the valet line was helpful with our parking and unloading of our car! Also Tina at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating for my mother, she helped ease my mother’s stress before her surgery tomorrow! Thankful for them and coming back for the service!!
Ruben Coronel: Everything was great from valet staff to front desk, to house keeping. They are still in a renovation phase I believe but they were very prompt when we requested a safe for our room. All the staff was kind and friendly and especially our breakfast server. The new rooms were very nice. Highly recommend this place! I think bad reviews are from complicated guests because this place was great.

There are restaurants within walking distance, but you have to cross several highways. Breakfast was available, but a bit expensive. Hope to receive the two complementary bottles of wine soon: would have been nice to receive while we were there.

Raymond Rivera: . He further added that room inspections are done of empty rooms in preparation of incoming guests. So what was this Hyatt Regency Engineering Department employee looking for? Why did he come to our room ? My suggestion to occupants, especially if you are traveling alone, be extra aware of anyone that comes to your room saying they have to inspect your room. This incident left my wife and I with a very creepy feeling. This will be our last Hyatt Regency stay. I strongly urge HYATT REGENCY ORLANDO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE. Other that that, the hotel is really nice. But feeling safe beats looking nice.

The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. Jonathan Reiter: This was absolutely one of the best places that me and my family have ever stayed. Move over Marriott! I’m taking my Ambassador Elite status and switching to Hyatt. The staff here doesn’t care what tier of membership you are, unlike others. The staff treats everyone as if they are the top tier customer. The valet staff especially because they do their job without ever showing any signs of frustration, always putting a smile on for us.The rooms were just immaculate and the beds were just perfect for me.We look forward to staying here again next year.

This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Hogue Powerlifting: This was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and in great condition. Screened in balcony with a view... loved that! We had everything we needed and more. The amenities were plenty. Awesome pools and water park. The arcade was fun, especially on Wednesday when it was half price for games. The little village area behind the lobby was peaceful and well kept. The island on the lake offered some relaxing time in a hammock. Staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate our needs while there. There is so much more to rave about, but I will just leave it at this. The only complaint is it was near impossible to reach someone for questions about the reservation after it was made, and the pre-checkin website errored out... that was the only bad thing. There are too many great things to let that tarnish the 5-star experience we had. Will definitely return! Thanks, Westgate Lakes, for an awesome time! My family made great memories here!
